Hi there! This is the perfect RV for your next camping adventure! It is extremely well maintained with everything you need. It has plenty of interior space for a family or group up to 8 people and TONS of storage space! This RV comes fully loaded with everything you need to enjoy your vacation: coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, cutlery, kitchen cloths and towels, dining tent, campfire accessories, camping mat, various games, dvds, activities and entertainment options. Propane for the trailer is included in the nightly rate, no additional costs (not applicable for BBQ use). The couch and large dinette turn into double beds and there are large bunks. The main bedroom is private with a solid door and consists of multiple closets and a luxurious queen mattress! The slideout, awning, leveling jacks are all powered. Just push a button! There is also led lighting under the awning and trailer itself. There are 2 flatscreen tvs. 1 in the bedroom and a larger smart tv in the living area which is loaded with all the apps you would ever need. The stereo is bluetooth and also has outdoor speakers for your enjoyment. Please note: ***Pick up time during the week is after 5pm, unless other arrangements are made. If you are towing you must purchase roadside assistance. *** delivery times are after 5pm Monday to Friday (this is departure time to your location unless otherwise agreed) and anytime on sun or Sat. *** weekend or large festivals may have a delivery surcharge added due to line ups and gates getting in or out.
