This Class C motorhome is easy to drive (Class G license), it's comfortable, spacious with a terrific floor plan, is well maintained, and drives smoothly. Equipped with side mirrors and a rear camera making it is easy to navigate. It's equipped with easy to use one button hydraulic leveling system. It can sleep 5 people comfortably. It includes seat belts for safe travels, 1 queen-size bed (Electronic Murphy Bed), and 1 full-size bed above the driver’s cabin. The dinette converts to a short double ideal for smaller people. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space to prep/cook and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, convection microwave, propane cooktop, oven, and all the essentials, coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans, toaster, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, utensils, sharp knives, cutting board, basic spices. There is a spacious washroom with a shower. It's equipped with AC, a furnace, an electric fireplace, there's a 50 inch TV, above the electric fireplace, both directly across from the comfy couch. The fridge and water heater are both switchable between propane and electric, and along with the electric fireplace, all good ways to save on propane when AC is available. This RV has a 19ft power awning, an outdoor shower hose/wand, and an outdoor kitchen, with a small fridge and a propane BBQ (bbq utensils are included). NO smoking of any kind and NO pets. Please allow up to 1.5 hour for orientation/questions, there will be a pre-trip inspection, and manuals and documents will be left in the RV. Inside: The kitchen comes equipped with 6 settings including dishes, cutlery, pots/pans, serving bowls, cutting boards, measuring cups and spoons, toaster and dish soap, cleaning supplies, broom/dustpan, small dust buster/vacuum. Outside: 1x outdoor carpet, 4x folding camping chairs, 1x plastic recycle bin, small outdoor table. Small Print: The RV will be provided with a full tank of gas and needs to be returned with a full tank of gas ($250 charge if not returned full) The RV will be provided with empty Waste/Septic Tanks and needs to be received back with Empty tanks. Renter’s duty to dump and empty the tanks. ($225 charge if not returned empty) This motorhome is equipped with a Cummins generator so you can be off the grid and has A/C for those hot days and a heater for the cooler ones. (additional charges apply to extended generator use) This motorhome is equipped with a GPS tracking system and is only used to track location and speed, a disclosure document will be provided upon delivery. Pick up time: 11 am - Please allow up to 1.5 hours for review/demo of RV prior to leaving on your vacation, each approved driver will require a 1/2 hour test drive. Drop Off Time: 11 am - A late fee of $50 per hour to a max of a daily rate will be charge Cleaning Fee - $100
