If bedding is returned stained or ripped an additional charge of $20 per item will also be applied. *Please note: There will be a $150 charge to empty waste tanks if not done prior to drop off. (This applies to renters towing the RV) *Please note: The power awning can be used but we do ask that every night it gets brought back in and if it gets windy at all to retract it back in so it doesn't get damaged. Any damages to the awning will be deducted from the security deposit. *Please note: We expect that you refill propane tanks before returning unless you choose for us to handle that for you for an additional fee. *Please note: RV toilet paper is the only toilet paper that will be allowed to use.
