This is a brand new, class-A RV and we've gone the extra mile inside and out to make this your best vacation experience ever! It's luxury and comfort from end to end and is perfect for a romantic couple or family vacation with plenty of room for the kids as well as privacy for adults. We've spent months adding upgrades to ensure this RV has everything a high-end luxury coach has to offer. It drives like a dream with the special "J-ride" handling package, but because of its size, this RV is best suited for someone with previous RV experience. This coach has THREE slide-outs, providing a spacious interior with comfortable seating areas, a full master bathroom AND a spacious half-bath off the main cabin. It has a KING SIZE bed, a full size residential refrigerator and freezer with ice-maker, is quipped with two AC units to keep everyone cool, and sleeps 4 adults and 4 kids very comfortably. We've made multiple upgrades, including a water purification system for clean, drinkable water throughout the RV. This RV even comes with a fireplace, a beautiful BAR, and plenty of cabinet space. While you are parked at your destination, the automatic hydraulic leveling jacks keep you completely level with the simple push of a button. If you are traveling with smaller children in car seats, This RV IS Uniquely Equipped FOR Front OR Rear-Facing Child CAR Seats (child car seats not included). There are multiple TVs inside and out, including a large, 50" telescopic TV in the main cabin. A tremendous value with every imaginable amenity included at no extra charge: Freshly washed quality linens, cozy bedding, bed pillows, soft towels/washcloths, and beach towels. Inside you'll be right at home with brand new pots & pans, cooking utensils, flatware, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, beverage and wine glasses. We also include an ironing board/iron. And for extra safety we have installed additional smoke/carbon monoxide detectors as well as additional fire extinguishers and first aid kit. And when you're ready to explore the great outdoors, we also include a picnic-basket backpack with EVERYTHING you need. Outside you can relax in rocking lawn chairs, large outside mat, 6-foot folding table and an exterior gas BBQ grill with utensils. Bike rack also included at no charge, on request. This rig is ideal for both local trips to the beach and RV parks, as well as longer, out of state vacations. It is a large RV, and therefore recommended for drivers with previous RV or large vehicle driving experience. We're located just a few minutes away from KOA Lion Country Safari, so if you want to spend your first night there (and hear the lions roar!), we are happy to help demonstrate the hook up and disconnect process before you hit the road, so you are comfortable with everything. We are pet friendly; Pet fee of $125 and limited to dogs only, 25 lbs. or less. Our RV will be delivered to you perfectly clean inside and out and ready to go, so we ask that it is returned in the same condition, otherwise a cleaning fee of $150 or more will apply.
