My name is Lacey, I am a teacher and my husband is a retired Marine. We love traveling and want to share our home away from home with you! This is a drop off and pick up travel trailer only (NO TOWING)! We charge a required set-up/tear down fee ($150). This includes delivery (up to 25 mi), all required set-up, teardown and pick-up. NO DRY CAMPING. The location the rental will take place must have water & a 30 or 50 amp RV electric hook-up.***All rentals of 3 nights or more, will require a full hook up site (electric, water & sewer). ***Daytona International Speedway is the only exception (must have electric & water hook up).*** All rentals will be assessed a required $75 dump fee upon return of the rental. After delivery, we complete a walk-through of everything you need to know about your rental. We also include a manual for quick reference and are happy to answer any questions you have. We are only a phone call away during your trip! Our camper is fully upgraded for your vacationing pleasure. It is bright, beautiful and feels just like home, our renovations include shiplap and farmhouse accents throughout. We have included everything you and your family needs to enjoy your trip; Keurig, coffee pot w/filters, toaster, pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, cups, mugs, plates, hand and dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, basic spices, towels, pillows and linens, camping chairs, outside rug, outside games, board games, x-box w/games, blu-ray/DVD player and an assortment of family movies. We tried to remember everything so you can just show up to enjoy your vacation! No uncomfortable RV mattresses here! Our trailer sleeps 6 people comfortably, with one slide out and an extendable awning, to enjoy your time outside. We have a Queen size Sleep Number bed in the master bedroom for your comfort and usb outlets on each bed side. The remodeled twin bunks each have memory foam mattresses and more than 6 usb charging ports and outlets. The dining area converts into a double sleeper if needed. The TV swivels to allow viewing in the master or the main seating area. The kitchen offers a larger fridge, microwave, 3 burner stove and oven. Our camper includes an AC and heating unit as well as a built in vacuum for easy clean up. Please feel free to reach out, we are happy to answer any questions!
