The spacious bathroom offers all the privacy and comfort you need, while the full electric awning provides ample shade for outdoor relaxation. Ample Storage & Entertainment With generous storage spaces inside and out, you'll have plenty of room for all your gear. (If you are wanting to rent this for a specific sports event please contact us in advance) - If you rent for the week of Burning Man, and state you are not going to Burning Man and then go to Burning Man there will be a $10,000 charge. We love Burning Man just as much as everyone, but the Playa dust destroys RVs. - No parties/raves - No smoking/vaping of any kind allowed; a $500 fee applies for violations. - No roof access. - Maximum speed limit is 65 mph. - Excessive cleaning incurs a $300 fee - Unauthorized pets result in a $500 fine (we are dog friendly so please disclose this in advance. please see below) - Refuel before return or you will be charged $50 service fee and the cost of fuel. - Renters are responsible for tire and fluid maintenance. - Renters must dump and flush black and grey tanks before returning or you will be charged a $100 service fee. - Renter will be charged for any missing/lost, broken, torn, burned, etc., items that happened during your trip. Pet Policy We are dog people and love our dogs but please note, dogs must be potty trained, well mannered, non-destructive/non-furniture chewers, and cannot be left unattended in Calvin. In addition, we understand that not everyone uses flea/tick medications but your dog cannot have fleas. If fleas are found in Calvin after your trip you will be charged a fee of $500 which is used to replace/clean all linens, cushions, etc. From our family to yours, we wish you a memorable adventure from the moment you set off in Calvin until you return home.
