This trailer has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. 2 bunk beds, queen size bed, and dining table can be converted into a bed for 1 if needed. *Bring your own pillows, towels and linens unless arranged with the owner. * All kitchen supplies including cooking utensils, cookware, cups, plates, pans, pots, dishes, etc. are included * Some board games are included * Cleaning supplies such as dishwashing soap, disinfecting spray, bug spray will be included * Must only use RV biodegradable toilet paper which will be provided by the owner * No vaping or smoking inside the RV * No pets are allowed * Any damages to RV or missing equipment will result in additional fees taken from damage deposit. * This RV will not be delivered or towed on any forestry roads or gravel washboard roads * Appropriate camping spots are required * Extreme messes will result in additional cleaning fees will be taken from deposit ($80) * We recommend full hook up for more than a couple of days, but it can be run off grid for a few days without issue. ( A/C, Microwave, and outdoor fridge will not work without 30amp power service).
