This trailer has it all for a family to enjoy all that camping has to offer! - 1x Queen Murphy bed offers extra seating for those rainy island days aswell as a memory foam topper on the mattress for added comfort. - 2x Double bunk beds, sleeps 2 toddlers/youth per bed or adults (max weight of 300 Lbs per bed) comfortably. - Inside has a spacious U shaped dinette. - Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge & freezer. -Large stainless steel sink. - Outside kitchen with a 2 burner cook top (gas), bar fridge (only works when rv is at full service site, no outside sink.) -Outside also has a hose to hook up for an "outside" shower to rinse off without filling the grey tank with both hot & cold water. - At the back of the trailer the bottom bunk folds up with a back door entrance for added storage. -Washroom has a shower and sky light to accommodate for persons over 6', toilet, sink & storage. - Air-conditioning/Fan (Only able to use on full service site 30amp) & heating (gas.) - TV (can provide roku if requested, no DVD player at this current time) - Interior/exterior sound Bluetooth compatible, aux & radio. This bad boy has a 200w solar panel with limited plugs inverted, lasting you at least 3 full days without conserving power & up to 5 days conserving on non serviced sites. The large 43.0L fresh water tank can last up to 3-4 days conserving water use, while the kitchen sink, bathroom sink/shower each have their own grey water tanks totaling 60.0L & the black water tank holds 30.0L. What's included: - 30amp power cord - Fresh water hose with water filter (city water.) - Cookware (pots, pans, kettle, hand held coffee grinder (non power), French press for that perfect morning brew.) - Dishware setting for 4 (Plates, Bowls, Cutlery, cups, mugs, extras of all can be provided) - Garbage bags, recycling bags, toilet paper, paper towel, dish cloths/towels, drying mat, dish soap, hand soap, chemicals for the toilet, flashlights, broom. (Shampoo/conditioner, Bug spray, bug deterrent can also be included please request upon booking) - The bedding that is provided is: Sheets, pillow cases & mattress protectors. Please note the portable BBQ comes with an extra propane tank, no need to remove any tanks from the RV. (The price includes cost to refill the tank) - If you are taking the propane fire pit & the portable BBQ a single extra tank (20lb) will be provided & cost will reflect only a single tank to be refilled. You can request both to have a tank each. - Bedding add on is for quilts/blankets as they will be professionally cleaned after each guest uses them. - For stays/use longer than 5 days we can provide portable water jugs as the water tank on the trailer is limited. We can discuss prices ect. at time of booking. You can't go wrong with a weekend vacation or longer with this unit. This unit is DOG friendly (food/water bowl included) & family friendly. (Kid friendly unit has a stool for younger kids to reach the sink/beds, no bed rail or ladder to the top bunk, can provide a waterproof mattress protector for a bunkbed mattress) Take adventuring into your own hands while still having the comforts of home.
