The Great Pioneer **Fully Stocked**

This 2022 Pioneer is brand new to the rental platform with a very clean design and fully stocked for your basic needs. This rig is great for hosting couples as well as families with kids that will love the bunkbeds. I welcome long distance travelers and long term renters! The Rig Features: A/C and Fridge/Freezer Queen size bed Slide out allowing for maximum room indoor Couch that folds into a bed Bunk Bed that folds out over the couch Large dinning table that turns into a bed Sink with countertop space Bathroom with full shower and toilet 1 FULL propane tank Generator with a full tank - UNLIMITED USE Microwave 2 burner gas stove Bluetooth indoor speaker Electric awning Coffe maker will be provided that utilized K-cups (K-cups not provided) Additional gas will not be provided for the generator beyond the initial full tank. It will be the renters responsibility to bring additional gas. I also offer delivery and pickup within a 60 mile radius. There is NO LIMIT on travel miles. The trailer is 4,180 lbs dry weight and 4,860 gross weight. Tow vehicle must have at least 6,000 lbs tow capacity. To tow you will need a 7-pin flat electrical connector. The trailer has electric brakes and a brake control is recommended. TOW HITCH can be provided upon request. Please be sure to dump all black and gray water before returning the trailer. I can direct you to a local dump station if you forget to dump at the RV park. The dump station may charge you a small fee. If you return the trailer without dumping the black and gray water or if you would like me to dump for you, there will be a charge of $55. Please DO NOT use household toilet paper - camping toilet paper will be provided. Do not flush any wipes, napkins, paper towels or women's products. ONLY camping toilet paper can be flushed. NOTE: This trailer is pet friendly, just please don't leave your pets alone in the trailer.
