I’m thinking that the pictures are pretty much worth 1000 words, but here are a few details: -Exceptionally clean (non smoking) and well taken care of motorhome with 2 large slides. -Equipped with furnace and two air conditioners to keep the unit as warm or cool as you would like. -Set up is easy with auto levelling jacks. -This unit is easy to drive and has a back-up camera, however experienced drivers are required. -Sleeps 8! Twin bunk beds, fold out queen size couch with mattress topper, plus a King master bedroom. Dinette also folds into sleeping area. -TV in Master Room with Amazon Fire Stick. Additional TV located in the front of the unit and each bunk also has their own TV. -Gas cook top and a convection microwave oven. -Included are utensils, dishes such as plates, cups, bowls, pots/pans. Paper plates supplied for an additional fee. -Includes dish towels/cloths -Includes colouring books, crayons, movies and games for kids of all ages. -Also includes a brand new hot/cold Keurig coffee maker. A few coffee pods will be supplied, be sure to bring extra! -Toaster and kettle supplied -Basic cleaning supplies include dish soap, toilet sanitizer, as well as toilet paper. -Lawn chairs for 6 -Outside Stereo NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO TOWING and NO OFF-ROADING (gravel). *If you have opted out of bedding and linens, please note that the sheets on all the beds serve as an extra layer of protection for the mattresses.
