Shelley's Fleetwood Tioga Class C

Great experience from start to finish. Shelley was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, answered all of our inquiries, and conducted a comprehensive orientation before our trip. The unit is in great condition and had included everything we needed.

Host started out really amazing and professional, was very helpful and informative, and answered all of our questions…. Our issue was when we returned unit. She did not do a walk out inspection with me (did it all and took pics and videos well after I made it home or by herself around unit. When I tried to do my own inspection she locked unit door for me to get inside, and when I tried to do outside, she kept trying to “show me other things” and say how important they were to see. When I tried again she told me get off of her property and go home- that she’ll send me what she has) and “shut down” when I told her damages she tried to pin on me weren’t from my trip. Her husband also came out and got rude and VERY disrespectful with me, swore at me and when I asked him nicely not to he told me to “suck it up”…She also sped off with me standing in rv and I almost fell after I told her something I didn’t do to Rv and she didn’t seem to like what I said… Unit has some damages pre existing as well that she did not inform us about in pictures or person- my group was very convinced that she had them damaged enough, that it was ready for the next renter to “break”, so we steered clear of those spots/items. As well as when she said that “Flat broke people could damage the unit”… we’re only flat broke after the steep price (it was the only rv available for our dates or we would saved some money with a cheaper unit). Quite an old unit with some issues, wear and tear and a pretty steep price for renting it. If you asked me before this encounter, yeah I would have rented with Shelley again. But if I knew the return would be an absolute NIGHTMARE, I’d steer well clear.
