Trailer comes stocked with camping chairs, ground mats, bedding for queen mattress, generator, folding table, outdoor camp stove, sleeps 5 comfortably with queen bed, two single bunks and a fold down table. Also has washroom with toilet and shower along with indoor kitchen, air conditioning and an electric fireplace, fridge and microwave, additionally has two extra support jacks added in the front for more stability (jack pads are provided) SUV towable dry weight.
Renter is responsible for emptying black and grey holding tanks, if it comes back not emptied there will be a charge of 50$ to empty

Great little camper that was easily hauled by our Jeep Grand Cherokee. The camper is clean and set up very nicely with a large, full size queen mattress that makes it extra comfortable. Heating and fridge are electric only but they supply a generator if needed so you can keep warm even on a cool night.

Communication with owners was great! They even accommodated an earlier pick up time to help us out. And trailer was spotless when we picked up! Would definitely rent again.
