ODYSSEY BEDDINGS Odyssey has 4 beds and can sleep 7 adults. With smaller children under 4 feet, the space can sleep up to 3 children and 5 adults. A queen size bed - medium soft, (sleeps 2 adults), a queen bunk bed - medium firm, (longer than king bed) and sleeps 2 adults, or 3 children sleep vertically. The DINING bedroom twin bed (42”x70”), firm, (6” wider than normal twin bed), and can sleep 2, and A COT, medium firm, that sleeps 1 adult. A. ADDITIONAL FEES A1. Refundable security deposit $1,000.00 NOTE: If there is an accident, your deposit will be used ALL before insurance kicks in. (!) A2. Standard RVezy Rental Insurance You’ll have a chance to upgrade your insurance package after you’ve booked your trip. A3. I-Pass Charges $10 This fee covers initial $10 of Ipass charges A4. One-Time Prep Fee $150 (IF your booking is 2 nights or fewer, the one-time prep fee is $250.) A4. Winterization Fee $200! During 11/1-4/15 winter months, if you need to use water in a warmer weather above 36 degrees including sinks, shower, toilet and drains, there is a one time $200 Winterization fee. Dry camping during winter months will not incur this fee. There is a 2-gallon tank on kitchen countertop. Water drains in a bucket to be dumped manually. Toilet bags are available for dry camping as well. A5. Extra Guest fee: $20/night/ additional guest starting the 6th guest riding the RV. A twin cot bed, mattress and beddings will be provided. Baby under 2 years old does not count towards guest numbers. POST TRIP FEES Any post trip fees incurred, including overages for mileage or generator use, are subject to an administrative fee and any taxes required by law. A6. Dump Fee (optional) $40 each for Grey and/or Black tank disposal. A7. Excessive Clean Up Fee (optional) $100 Be sure to follow our checkout list to avoid this clean up fee. A8. Generator (optional) 4 hours per night generator usage included with rental for free. Excess generator usage is charged at $4.00/hour Note: Every hour the generator is running, you are using about $4 of gasoline. A9 100 miles per day included with your rental. (optional) Excess mileage will be charged at $0.50/mile. A10. Propane usage is charged at $20 per quarter tank usage. You can also stop at a truck's stop (Love's Truck Stop) and fill up propane. B. INCLUDED ITEMS: B1. Outdoor Grill Set (FREE. But keep it clean!) There is usually plenty of propane left by previous guest. To refill it, take it to a local store and swap. It is around $20 for 5 gallon tanks and could last a long time. The grill set must be left clean to avoid a $30 grill clean fee. B2. Oversized Watermelon Floater Bike and Floater electric air pump/deflater included. B3. 2-Bike Rack On Back of RV Included. We also have a rack for 4 bikes. B4. Mini washer with spinner It goes in shower. Shower-head water inputs and shower drain outputs water. Use our hangers and shower rod to dry. This beautiful family style trailer comes with everything you can think of on your vacation plus more. There is central heat and air plus a 2nd heat/air unit solely for the master bedroom. Rig has 2 bathrooms with vanity and storage, 1 with full stand-up shower and the other with a 2nd access point to the outside. Small Dogs are welcome with approval and everything in the camper is yours to use. All I ask is if you use it, clean or wash it and put it back. This camper has 2 large slide-outs for a spacious hang out and kitchen area. Master queen bedroom comes with dedicated full bath and a 34 inch smart TV with a swivel wall mount for convenient viewing, tons of storage and outlets that work off the converter. Living room area has a 42 inch LED with fire stick, pull out couch that sleeps 2. Kitchen has a 3 burner Furion stove top and oven, large sink, extended foldable table top, microwave, and full size fridge. There is plenty of storage and drawers that are fully stocked with utensils and dining ware plus a large pantry. There are games, puzzles, and radio with indoor and outdoor speakers. The bunk room has a queen-size foldable couch mattress and two bunkbed's. The right bunk folds out of the way when using the couch. The entertainment center has plenty of storage and a 28 inch flat screen ready to be connected to any computer or gaming device. All 4 beds in the camper have foam toppers and fresh bedding. Since there are two bathrooms there are two black and two gray tanks and the system can combine for one dump station port. Outside you have a outdoor kitchen with a 2 burner stove top and mini fridge. Ports for outdoor shower and hook ups for cable if your location provides it. Dual propane tanks will be full at drop off so just top them off or on pick up I can deduct cost from security deposit. Complimentary when I set up I will also set up a tripod adjustable fire pit cooking grill top for your stay. Access to WIFI is through Verizon 5G and available for $5 per day or $25 for full week renters. Gas/propane dual-fueled 12500 Watt generator is available but only for off site locations where land power is unavailable. Combined with Solar panels and 2nd battery you should be ready for anything. I have up to 4 mountain bikes that can be rented for $25 per bike no matter how long your stay is.

Sleeps 5-6 people, one regular Queen bed, living space is transformative into the second queen bed, plus two bunk beds and bathroom! Basic dishes, bed sheets, towels, and beach towels are included! Full kitchen, dishes, necessities! No towing vehicle, no worries we can deliver to your desired location (up to 200 miles) do the full set up then pick up, so everything leaves to us!,( service is an additional charge). Towing your car should be capable of pulling 4500 lbs and be equipped with 7 pin plug in we will provide hitch and sway bars, and show you the hoop up and set up also on the camping site. When you receive your camp side, please note it can accommodate a 20 ft trailer lent with water and an electric hoop up (if no tanks are available). 30 amp service is recommended to get the full capability. We do provide all necessary adapters, hoses, and cables. Deciding to be somewhere where hoop up to electric is not available, we provide additional generators and panels to be connected (please message us for that information). Full propane tanks are included, your decision if you want to refill them and return empty and pay for refiling. Please do consider smoking is not allowed inside. Visitors are welcome but please do not have them to spend the night. We love pets but unfortunately, our policy is not allowing us to have them. Make sure the trip matches the length of your rental in case you will town and planning to visit more places! We do need to sign the contract for both sides’ protections for the renting!
