Here we have a 28 foot keystone Springdale travel trailer. The trailer has been updated throughout with paint, new couch, and moveable dining table. Includes two propane tanks, two batteries, and a tankless water heater. Working sinks in the kitchen and bathroom area, as well as a working shower. Kitchen comes with gas range, stove, and microwave. TVs are included in the main living area, as well as the master bedroom area. All you need to do is long and to your streaming services and watch away. A DVD player is available for you, as well as a good inventory of DVDs for you to enjoy on those days that the weather may not be the greatest. Camper sleeps six with two in the master and four total in the double bunkbeds, seven if you want to put one on the sofa. Working refrigerator, heating and air conditioning. This travel trailer is a great way to get away with family or friends! Designed with a king size bed, 2 twin bunks, a pull out sofa, and a dinette sleeper, this rig is suitable for large gatherings. Has two TVs, bathroom, shower, full kitchen, and many ad-ons to make your camping trip wonderful.
Family-friendly fun! Our new RV is very modern and spacious. It sleeps nine comfortably and is great for a family getaway. A lovely outside kitchen has a stovetop, ice machine, and mini fridge. A TV mount is also outside for a fun outdoor family movie night. A set of full bunk beds for the kids, too! Our camper has pillows and linens for the queen and the bunk beds. If you plan to use the dinette bed and pull-out couch, you will need to bring extra pillows and linens for those. We have basic pots and pans for cooking and a small coffee pot with filters that takes ground coffee. We do not supply cups, dishes, or silverware, so you will want to bring paper and plastic. We do supply RV safe toilet paper, but if you happen to run out, please make sure you purchase RV safe toilet paper.

Our family's trailer is a beautiful RV stocked and ready for all your camping needs. This features a queen bed in the master bedroom, separated from the rest of the RV with two sliding pocket doors. The kitchen is fully functional with an oven, range, fridge, freezer, kitchen sink, and tons of storage. The dining area sits on a single slide out that gives the whole trailer a very open feel. 43" tv in dining/living area. Can be flipped into master. Beyond the kitchen lies two full size bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. This trailer has a 44 gallon fresh water tank. The black and grey water tanks are 30 gallons each. The powered awning gives you an extra 20 feet of shade on the hot summer days. And an electric tongue jack makes for a much easier process of hooking and unhooking.We hope that you enjoy our trailer as much as we do. We hope you have the best RV experience. We are always open to answer any questions that you have. What's included Kitchen supplies: Pots, Pans, Dishes, Silverware, Cooking utensils, Trash bags, and Cleaning supplies. Standard RVezy Rental Insurance You’ll have a chance to upgrade your insurance package after you’ve booked your trip. A3. I-Pass Charges $10 This fee covers initial $10 of Ipass charges A4. One-Time Prep Fee $150 (IF your booking is 2 nights or fewer, the one-time prep fee is $250.) A4. Winterization Fee $200! During 11/1-4/15 winter months, if you need to use water in a warmer weather above 36 degrees including sinks, shower, toilet and drains, there is a one time $200 Winterization fee. Dry camping during winter months will not incur this fee. There is a 2-gallon tank on kitchen countertop. Water drains in a bucket to be dumped manually. Toilet bags are available for dry camping as well. A5. Extra Guest fee: $20/night/ additional guest starting the 6th guest riding the RV. A twin cot bed, mattress and beddings will be provided. Baby under 2 years old does not count towards guest numbers. POST TRIP FEES Any post trip fees incurred, including overages for mileage or generator use, are subject to an administrative fee and any taxes required by law. A6. Dump Fee (optional) $40 each for Grey and/or Black tank disposal. A7. Excessive Clean Up Fee (optional) $100 Be sure to follow our checkout list to avoid this clean up fee. A8. Generator (optional) 4 hours per night generator usage included with rental for free. Excess generator usage is charged at $4.00/hour Note: Every hour the generator is running, you are using about $4 of gasoline. A9 100 miles per day included with your rental. (optional) Excess mileage will be charged at $0.50/mile. A10. Propane usage is charged at $20 per quarter tank usage. You can also stop at a truck's stop (Love's Truck Stop) and fill up propane. B. INCLUDED ITEMS: B1. Outdoor Grill Set (FREE. But keep it clean!) There is usually plenty of propane left by previous guest. To refill it, take it to a local store and swap. It is around $20 for 5 gallon tanks and could last a long time. The grill set must be left clean to avoid a $30 grill clean fee. B2. Oversized Watermelon Floater Bike and Floater electric air pump/deflater included. B3. 2-Bike Rack On Back of RV Included. We also have a rack for 4 bikes. B4. Mini washer with spinner It goes in shower. Shower-head water inputs and shower drain outputs water. Use our hangers and shower rod to dry. This is a wonderful smaller camper that our family has greatly enjoyed. Not too big and not too small. Our kids love the bunk beds! Perfect for a weekend getaway or a multi week road trip. Either way, you won't be disappointed. We hope you make as many fun memories in it as we have!
We are currently delivery only. Fee is custom based on distance and nightly stay so the longer you keep it the cheaper I can make the delivery costs. This beautiful family style trailer comes with everything you can think of on your vacation plus more. There is central heat and air plus a 2nd heat/air unit solely for the master bedroom. Rig has 2 bathrooms with vanity and storage, 1 with full stand-up shower and the other with a 2nd access point to the outside. Small Dogs are welcome with approval and everything in the camper is yours to use. All I ask is if you use it, clean or wash it and put it back. This camper has 2 large slide-outs for a spacious hang out and kitchen area. Master queen bedroom comes with dedicated full bath and a 34 inch smart TV with a swivel wall mount for convenient viewing, tons of storage and outlets that work off the converter. Living room area has a 42 inch LED with fire stick, pull out couch that sleeps 2. Kitchen has a 3 burner Furion stove top and oven, large sink, extended foldable table top, microwave, and full size fridge. There is plenty of storage and drawers that are fully stocked with utensils and dining ware plus a large pantry. There are games, puzzles, and radio with indoor and outdoor speakers. The bunk room has a queen-size foldable couch mattress and two bunkbed's. The right bunk folds out of the way when using the couch. The entertainment center has plenty of storage and a 28 inch flat screen ready to be connected to any computer or gaming device. All 4 beds in the camper have foam toppers and fresh bedding. Since there are two bathrooms there are two black and two gray tanks and the system can combine for one dump station port. Outside you have a outdoor kitchen with a 2 burner stove top and mini fridge. Ports for outdoor shower and hook ups for cable if your location provides it. Dual propane tanks will be full at drop off so just top them off or on pick up I can deduct cost from security deposit. Complimentary when I set up I will also set up a tripod adjustable fire pit cooking grill top for your stay. Access to WIFI is through Verizon 5G and available for $5 per day or $25 for full week renters. Gas/propane dual-fueled 12500 Watt generator is available but only for off site locations where land power is unavailable. Combined with Solar panels and 2nd battery you should be ready for anything. I have up to 4 mountain bikes that can be rented for $25 per bike no matter how long your stay is.
