This beauty is amazing to take out and spend time in with the family. Plenty of room for the kids and parents. Convenient outdoor sink and fridge. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a topper. It is very comfortable! The dinette sleeps 2, the sofa sleeps 1, the bunks sleep 2 smaller children, and the last bed sleeps 1 bigger child (smaller teen). The trailer is in great condition. Includes all you need to set up for a full hook up site. Ie…water hose (with a pressure regulator), sewer drain, power cable, propane tanks, hitch, and a few more odds and ins. Our favorite thing about our camper is the private room and plenty of space for a family of 6 but has potential for 4 adults and 2-4 children. Trailer has a tip out to give extra space for a family with children. ( see layout) features two outside doors. Private room- full mattress, 2 closets, two doors / his /her side. sofa- turns into bed. bunk beds- 3-to-4-person bunk. This is “QuaranTina”. We got her brand new in March of 2020, the day state wide restrictions were imposed for Covid. We have enjoyed her for 2 and a half years. A screaming deal on the fifth-wheel of our dreams means that we currently have two Beautiful luxury camper options and only need one. Tina is in Excellent condition. This camper is great to use as a base camp while you play in the Dunes. Has a fuel station on board to refill your toys while camping. Very family friendly spacious travel trailer! We keep our trailer very clean and regularly maintenanced! Doing a deep clean and 360 inspection before every rental! The spacious kitchen, wrap around booth dinning table that seats 6 adults comfortably, cozy bunk beds, full bathroom and outdoor shower make this the perfect trailer for your family's camping adventures! The huge outdoor awning and included folding chairs make for a relaxing time outside to drink coffee, read a book or watch the kids play! We are a dog friendly family and love to take our fur babies camping with us so dogs will be considered on a case by case basis. No other animals allowed. Included with rental are camping chairs, tree hammock, extra propane tanks, portable bbq, outdoor games, fun family board games, kitchen essentials for cooking and eating, tools needed for full hookups, tools needed to empty sewage. A checklist for setting up at the start of your trip and for disconnecting and shutting everything down properly at the end of your trip and info for working everything will be provided. All linens and toiletries are up to renter to provide. PETS - Only dogs are allowed and will be considered on a case by case bases. Any damage inside or outside from your dog(s) or urine/feces in camper may result in a loss of deposit. This is a non smoking/drug free trailer. If trailer is returned smelling or showing that use of cigarettes, marijuana or drugs of any kind were used may result in a loss of deposit. Trailer is expected to be returned in the same condition as it was picked up. A full walk through with renter will be performed at pick up and a full walk through with renter at end of trip will be performed. Any damage/lack of cleaning, failure to empty gray and black water tanks, failure to refill propane tanks will result in loss of some or all deposit.
