I come fully equipped to seat and sleep a 4 person family with my 2 full-sized beds. I have a gas stove, electric fridge/freezer, portable propane heater, 15 gallon water supply, and 6 gallon road shower. My kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware and cleaning supplies. I also have a custom roof rack, which can fit an additional pop-up tent, paddle boards, bikes, or anything else you wish to bring on your adventure. For your privacy all windows are limousine tinted and come with black-out curtains. My owners take pride in your comfort and safety! I come with everything you could need to include: sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, coffee maker and k-cups, paper towels, toilet paper, cookware, silverware, ovenmits, cutting board, cutlery set, sanitation supplies, board games, portable solar panels, electric generator, propane heater, first-aid kit, smoke and CO2 detectors, fire extinguisher, outdoor shower stand, and a key lock safe for all your valuables. That trip you've been wanting to take for years, let me take you! Go camping in the Olympic Forest. Let's go on Highway 1 down the California coast. Make the 4 hour trip to wine country in Eastern Washington. I have even been across the country! Whatever you do, have way too much fun! Pets are members of the family and welcomed with open arms. We also offer a pet package which includes: treats, food dish, water bowl, doggie bags, and leash for $10. Pets do incur a $20 cleaning fee because of the increased time needed to remove all signs of pet odors and allergens. Delivery is available on a case-by-case basis (Rates Vary). Mileage is set at 100 miles per night free and then $0.20 per mile over. So if you stayed 4 nights you would receive 400 miles free. Propane powers the stove and portable heater for those chilly nights. You may bring your own 1 pound cylinders or we have them for purchase for $15 each. Leroy is front-wheel drive only so please no off-roading or attempting to traverse muddy or sandy trails. Take extreme caution in poor weather conditions (rain, snow, and high-winds). No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the van. Both beds can sleep 2 individuals, but the top bed has a weight limit not to exceed 300 pounds. Free street parking is available in the neighborhood of the pick-up location for your personal vehicle. You are free to take our van anywhere you'd like we just ask that you are transparent with your travel plans so we can keep accountability.

Our Keystone Cougar is a great functional travel trailer fully equipped with a queen-sized bed, 4 bunks, and a convertible full dinette sleeper. This travel trailer is 32' long (hitch to bumper) but tows very nice and is easy to maneuver especially if you have towing experience. Factory it comes equipped with a full kitchen with a stove and cooktop, shower, sink, microwave, outdoor cooktop, AC, Heater, and tons of storage space underneath for all of your adventure gear. In the kitchen there is a place setting for 8, a couple pots/pans, a few utensils. A single serve Keurig coffee maker (Please bring your favorite pods). You'll find the basics like salt, pepper, and cooking spray, but expect to supply the rest of your cooking needs. There are 8 bath towels and a handful of miscellaneous kitchen/hand towels. In the storage compartments it comes stocked with 4 basic camping chairs, an outdoor carpet, and miscellaneous tools for roadside/mechanical emergencies. Additional items available upon request include: Bed linens, an outdoor camping grill, propane fire pit, and nice rocking camping chairs. Pickup is preferred however delivery may be available within 60 miles subject to availability. If you are in the ballpark of this range message me and I'll see if I can accommodate. Pets welcome however please ensure the camp grounds you choose allow pets and please let us know if they damage anything so we can keep the camper in good shape for future guests. If trailer is returned smelling or showing that use of cigarettes, marijuana or drugs of any kind were used may result in a loss of deposit. Trailer is expected to be returned in the same condition as it was picked up. A full walk through with renter will be performed at pick up and a full walk through with renter at end of trip will be performed. Any damage/lack of cleaning, failure to empty gray and black water tanks, failure to refill propane tanks will result in loss of some or all deposit.
