It’s well maintained and I have a professional clean the trailer on every return. I am a germ-a-phobic so I like it clean. This is a nonsmoking ( cigarettes, cigars, vaping, pot, etc.) trailer. If our 3rd party cleaning service detects smoke you will be fined $300.
The 263BHS is a classic family bunk house floorplan. Plenty of sleeping is provided by a queen bed in the private master bedroom, two spacious double-over-double bunk beds, as well as our extra-large U-shaped dinette and jiffy bed sofa. Well thought-out features including the easy view angled entertainment center, generous kitchen pantry and standard outside camp kitchen. I love the spacious floor plan of this 30 foot 2021 Sundance trailer. Separate bedroom with a comfy queen and a large rear bathroom. The 3 seater couch folds out into a full queen and a 4 person dinette folds into a full bed. Large 40 inch screen tv and full kitchen. Large refrigerator and freezer makes cooking while camping a dream.

Welcome to the Baby Catalina! This roomy and lightweight camper is great for families of 2-4 or 5 if you don't mind the jacknife sofa, with full amenities to enjoy a week or weekend of camping fun! Easy to tow, we provide a 10"adjustable hitch. If you do not want to pull with your vehicle we will deliver and setup the unit for you! This is a brand new 2024 with east/west Queen bed, bunk beds and jacknife sofa. We have added 2"foam toppers to the beds for extra comfort. Please supply your own linens,blankets, towels and pillows. The kitchen offers a deep sink, microwave and 2 burner propane stove. Plenty of storage for the paper products your supply but we do also have camping plates, bowls, mugs and silverware for 8. In addition we provide a Kuerig coffee machine and 2-slice toaster. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower, mirror, shelf and electric. We supply some TP. We have added wall nets to the bunks for anyone to store their cell phone, tablet, games, books and more. All needed setup supplies are provided and we include a propane gas camping stove for outside cooking. We provide two camping chairs but other additions are available for a fee such as folding table, solo stove, additional chairs, kindling, firewood, 1lb. propane tanks for the outside grill, generator, bike rack, 63 quart cooler and more. The awning is equipped with a multicolored LED light strip, inside and outside speakers for the Bluetooth JBL sound system and all can be controlled from your phone. The TV is mounted at the queen bed and cable is available. We provide many services to make your experience what you want. Delivery, setup, teardown, black tank dump, cleaning and a full instruction and walk around are all available for the appropriate fee. Other things to note; No Smoking, No Festivals, kindly be aware that any violation of these rules may result in a fee deducted from your security deposit. You only need to bring your food, and clothes along. We can provide the linens at extra charge for you to have less hassle and more time to enjoy your vacation. This trailer is only offered delivered directly to your prepaid campsite or your preferred place, and we will also pick it up. Delivery Fees vary depending on location. The pick up fee is included in the delivery fee, cost per mile. If you need it delivered further than 150 miles location, you may shoot me a message and we can discuss. We always set up the camper to any hook ups available so don't worry about getting your hands dirty! Afterwards, we pick up the trailer and dump the tanks for you. If you decide to park in a place with no dumping site, please add "off-site dumping fees" from the add-on section. We strive to maintain all of our RV's at an exceptional level of cleanliness, we do ask all our renters to leave the RV in the same condition as it was delivered, Cleaning materials are supplied for you, so that before you depart: all food remnants, trash, surfaces are to be wiped down including stovetop and oven, refrigerator and freezer, entire bathroom including outside and inside of toilet. We understand camping gets a bit dirty but if you can clean as your trip progresses it really helps keep our units so beautiful! Additional fees can apply if unit is not returned in this fashion at a rate of $80/hr for the cleaning time. Other things to note: - No smoking or vaping is permitted in or around this RV. No smokers are allowed.
