Though easy to drive, keeping at or below the speed limit ensures comfort. Use the backup camera for reversing in tight or unfamiliar spaces; have a passenger assist if possible (without getting run over!). Seatbelts are a must for all passengers (max. six). Smoking in the RV is a big no-no. Ensure the van is well-ventilated when using the stove top. No festivals! No tailgates! Off-roading is prohibited - stick to established, maintained roads. Well-groomed dirt roads are acceptable. In case the check engine light pops up, stop ASAP and contact me on the emergency number provided. Roof climbing is off-limits. Be cautious of low hanging trees as they may damage the solar panel. Winter Renting: Water may not be accessible in colder months. This RV is ready to create great memories with your family. It comes fully loaded will all linens and kitchenware. Just bring your clothes and food! It sleeps up to 10 people if a few are smaller children. 6 adults can easily stay comfortably. There is a regular size cool gel memory foam queen mattress instead of a shorter RV mattress in the master, 2 bunk beds, the couch converts to a twin/full bed and the dining converts to the full size bed. Above the cab is a very roomy sleeping area. The bunk beds convert to an extra dinette table. There are seatbelts for 7 people; two seatbelts in the front cab, three on the couch and two at the dining table. It has plenty of TV's for screen time! One outside, one above the cab that will swivel to the main area, one in the master room and one in each of the bunk beds. There is also a dvd player and cords to plug in your favorite streaming device. A Roku is included. During travel, tablets or other personal devices are best. The TV's do not work without shore power. We are flexible with pick up/drop off times. Pick up or drop off on the days you need it, so you don't have to book extra days before or after your trip. Pick up in the morning, drop off at least an hour before dark. The interior of the RV does need to be returned clean. We have a 3 night minimum and very generous mileage rates since we live in the spacious western states; 150 miles per day are included with only $0.45 per mile for overage. We are located right off I-15 in Northern Utah. We are about one hour north of Salt Lake City, Utah, and about one hour south of Pocatello, Idaho. Feel free to leave a vehicle parked at our place if needed. Insurance is required. We do charge a mandatory prep fee for washing linens, refilling supplies and washing the exterior of the unit. RV is to be returned to us clean. If not, cleaning fees of $50 per hour will be taken out of the deposit.

We understand planning a trip can be stressful and we want to help minimize that stress in any way we can. For that reason, we include body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, shower towels, hand towels, hand soap, and bedding (2 pillows, linens, comforter, blanket) all cleaned and disinfected for each traveler. Please select the linen add on to notify us that you would like these items stocked in the van for your trip. Dora comes with a full bathroom, there is a shower, cassette toilet, bathroom fold-down sink, a mirrored medicine cabinet, and an outside shower spray attachment with a hose and nozzle to spray off the sand at the beach or anything you don’t want to bring back into the van with you. In the kitchen, you will find plenty of cabinet space to store food, a kitchen sink, microwave oven, two-burner gas stovetop, a fridge/freezer, a tablet holder, slide-out counter space, and plenty of lighting. We also include all kitchen necessities, such as a cookware set (pan and pot), plates, cups, soup cups, utensils, wash towels, sponge, and dish soap. For your convenience, we pre-stock some basic items, instant coffee, salt/pepper, 2.5 gallons of freshwater, and sanitation wipes. In the living/bedroom, the spacious two-person sofa has seatbelts underneath the cushions to allow for 4 passengers to safely travel. Over the top of the sofa are three interconnected storage bins for all your belongings. An entertainment hookup is also located in the compartment to place a DVD player attached to the tablet holder located in the kitchen. The couch folds out into a spacious two-person bed that comfortably sleeps individuals 6’3 and below (tested and approved by my husband). Pull-down blinds and window coverings are included and stored in the driving cabin. Located towards the driving cabin is a removable table that can be used for dining or board games. Both pilot chairs swivel to face the living room to allow seating for 4 when dining or having a family game night. Dora is listed as seat 4 and sleeps 2. For this reason, we will include a 3-person tent and sleeping bags with blow-up sleeping pads, completely free, so everyone who rides with Dora can sleep comfortably wherever she takes you. Dora is a front-wheel-drive vehicle to allow for more storage underneath for a built-in generator, propane, and freshwater/grey water tanks. This makes it possible for the van to have a smaller design to drive easier and fit into tighter spots. The AC unit on top will keep the cabin as cool as you want the furnace will keep it as toasty as you’d like. With built-in digital displays, you can simply set your thermostat and not worry any further. Also located on top is a solar panel to keep the batteries onboard fully charged. This allows electricity to flow 24/7 to charge all your devices. Wifi is also available onboard upon request with the latest Winegard 2.0 unit for an additional charge. Located on the outside is a 10ft electric awning, (you simply push the button and it pops out on its own) a bike rack for two, a gas hooks up underneath the sliding door for external stoves, and a screen that covers the sliding door to prevent bugs from getting into your living space but allowing easy access and fresh air. There is lighting on the awning to allow enjoyment through the night and lighting by the electrical and water hookups. It also includes necessary items for your pup's travels (not including food/water). (Please inquire about breeds and other non-dog pets). If animal hair is discovered after rental period and the pet deposit wasn’t paid, a $250 fee will be applied

Come and stay in a newly furnished, beautiful 2021 Travel Trailer! Nice kitchen with a new faucet, counter tops, stovetop, fridge, and pantry. Across is a table and couch that both turn into beds. You’ll also find a bunk bed along with a master bedroom. It’s equipped with a mounted TV and a LED fireplace. Bathroom is very clean and comes with a shower. On the outside you’ll have an awning with a separate door to the bathroom to go directly in, an outdoor shower, another stove, ice maker, and mini fridge.

We are excited to share our 2017 Thor four winds. Our motorhome is small enough that a person who has never driven an RV, will easily get the hang of it. You are well under the length limit that some of the national parks impose on RVs. It’s great for 2-6 people to sleep. King bed over cab, queen bed in the back and kitchen table conversion to a twin size bed. If all adults 5 would probably be the max. We would happily pick you up at the airport, for a fee listed below. We have many different items we can lend out including a bike rack, inflatable kayak, BBQ grill, camp chairs, and much more under the provision you break it( or damage), you replace it. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you need anything else and we will do our best to accommodate. The Rv Comes with towels and linens for the queen bed. We can also provide a flat sheet for above the cab bed and a couple of blankets. We provide simple cleaning items and basic cookware with plates and cups. We do expect the RV to be treated like it’s your own and returned clean. Our Rv comes with a TV and an adapter for your phone to watch your favorite shows/movies. Please don’t bank on the dvd player working it can be spotty. Things break while on a trip. We do our best to keep everything maintained. We will accommodate the best we can and are available 24/7 to trouble shoot any issues you may have. We love traveling in our RV with our family and hope you will find the same joy.
