You'll also have access to four ROKU TVs in the living area, bedroom, and outside. All TV’s have access to Internet TV Apps To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, kitchen utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, a countertop ice maker, a toaster, a small blender, a slow cooker, and cookware onboard. Basic cleaning supplies like hand soap, dish soap, and extra trash bags are also included. We'll provide enough coffee for your first pot in the morning for your convenience. Additionally, we offer folding lawn chairs and a folding picnic table at no charge. We can provide extra sheets and towels for a small fee if needed. Welcome to our little home away from home, Treeva the Travel Trailer. This lightweight single axle trailer sleeps 5 comfortably with an RV queen sized bed, 2 bunk beds (RV twin), and a bed between (RV full). The full size bed is also the dinette area. Let us know if you would rather have it set up as the dinette upon delivery and we will get that set up for you. Treeva has a shower and camp toilet in her cute little bathroom with hot (and I do mean HOT) and cold water available, a dual burner cook top, a microwave, fridge, and a cute li'l kitchen sink. We have a 6 slice toaster oven, and Keurig in Treeva too. Treeva even has an AC and fireplace! Needing a TV for some down time while you are making memories? We have one that we can include with your rental. We supply plates, cups, mugs, silverware, bedding, towels, cookware, and toiletries. Just bring your clothes, personal items, and some grub and you are set to camp! Extras such as camping chairs, portable grill for grilling up some hot dogs and hamburgers outside, and a large cooler for adults beverages are also available to add on to this rental. Two slides expand to create a huge area for the kids. You can have 4 bunks or 3 bunks and Queen mattress. Plenty of storage along with a 32 in tv, DVD and AC in bunk room and living area. Take out the whole family and have a home away from home. This trailer could sleep as many as 11 people. The couch and table both turn into a full bed. Kitchen is full of storage with bins underneath furniture. Fridge is a nice size. Also has a 40 in TV with DVD over the fireplace. Master bedroom has an upgraded queen mattress and storage on both sides as well as underneath bed. Cabinets let you have access for using a CPAP machine. Outside is a kitchen equipped with a fridge sink and grill and listen to music on the outside speakers. Comes fully equipped with bedding for master and bunkroom. Appliances like Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, silverware ,cups and plates are also included. Comforters, sheets and pillows for each bed are provided. Also, Towels and wash cloths. I do provide the toilet paper. A complete list of items will be sent before rental dates. I do Not charge extra fees for things such as cleaning and emptying tanks.

The entertainment system features a 50 in TV with a Blu Ray DVD attached. The radio/stereo system has both inside and outside speakers and have USB and Bluetooth. The kitchen area has plenty of storage and a deep seated stainless steel sink with pull down faucet. It has a 3 burner stove along with an oven, microwave and nice size refrigerator. The bunkroom has slide out and 2nd air-conditioning unit. It has a 24 in TV with a DVD. The other twin top bunk folds up to make couch. Sheet, pillows and comforters for the beds are provided. The half-bath is next to the bunkhouse and includes the second entry/ exit door to the trailer. Up front is the main bathroom with a nice size shower. The half bath is located by the bunkroom and can be accessed by the hallway and other door. The main bedroom is accessed through a hallway door for privacy. It has a Queen bed with 6in memory foam mattress Linens, pillows and comforter provided. Enjoy your meals under the lighted awning or 10x10 canopy provided. I provide a Weber grill with one bottle of propane. I have six adult mesh chairs and two kids chairs. Outside kitchen has a griddle, sink and small fridge. ***This trailer has two air conditioning units and is 50 amp. If your campground only has 30 amp or you just want a 30 amp space that is no problem. It will run everything on trailer except the master AC.* The RV is 37 ft. so when booking spot or parking make sure your spot can handle that length. I am flexible on Delivery and Pickup times. It coms equipped with a Keurig, regular coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, blender, plastic cups and plates and silverware. Comforters, sheets and pillows for each bed. The following are also included: 19 in TV with DVD player, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker (with some coffee, hot chocolate and tea pods), regular coffee maker, waffle maker, 4 qt crock pot, elec can opener, blender,toaster, pots and pans, mitts, silverware, knives and assortment of utensils Some kids games. Outside items include the speakers, awning, four camping chairs, 2 kids chairs, 10x10 popup shelter,extension cords, hoses, kids balls such as football, soccer, wiffle ball and more. An outside oven with burners and a grill also come with it if you need it. Special RV toilet paper is provided and ask that it is the only paper used. Delivery is available in the North Texas area for 85.00 if i dont have other deliveries. Drop off and Pickup times are flexible. Each rental comes with a detailed 60-90 minute orientation upon pickup where I go through in detail everything in the RV, hooking and unhooking as well as answering all of your questions to help put you at ease if you are new to travel trailers. I provide a load leveling sway control hitch to help provide a smoother towing experience. Great trailer! Light enough for a half ton to pull. 40gal fresh water tank. Two full size bunks. RV Queen bed in the master. Dining table converts to bed. Full size sofa folds down in to a bed as well. Three burner stove with oven. Fridge works on electric or gas. Two TVs onboard. Generator and many other add-ons available. I generally work my day job M-F from 9am to 5pm so the preferred pickup/drop during the week is 8am or after 5pm (though on occasion lunch time can work). Weekends are flexible.
This is like a brand new RV, it only has a little over 3000 miles on it. Well maintained RV with lots to offer. Including but not limited to and outfitted kitchen with most of the things you need to cook, bake, and eat. Supplies of linens, bath towels, beach towels, hand soap, dish soap, bath soap, and plenty of blankets. Plenty of entertainment for when needed (but hopefully not needed) 3 TV's, 2 inside and 1 outside. Along with the outside TV there is in outdoor sink with prep area and an outdoor shower head. But for sanitary and cleanliness reasons we do not provide any seasonings or any food products. There is a Keurig on board just need to bring your favorite coffee and add ins. There is quite a bit of storage on board inside and out. There are 6 adult chairs and a couple of kid size chairs provided as well. Lots of other things, if you have questions please ask.
