You will love having the luxuries of home as this trailer offers bunkbeds, full kitchen and bathroom, and queen size bed in the master bedroom which is also fitted for a 3 inch memory foam pad for added comfort. There is a slide-out that provides additional space for living and dining seating. Equipped with a 43 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon gray and a 30 gallon black tank, power-lighted awning, powered tongue jack and powered stabilizers for quick and easy set up. The trailer also offers a 55 inch TV in the living room and a 32 in TV in the master bedroom. The trailer is a non-smoking unit, but is pet friendly. The trailer also comes with, pots and pans, cooking utensils, eating utensils, knives, keurig coffee maker and cups, glasses, linen for the master bedroom, two towels and wash cloths. There is a outdoor gas firepit and a 17 in Blackstone Griddle that also comes with the unit. Delivery available up to 120 miles. Just a 36 foot Travel Trailer ready to hit the lakes. This RV can be used at Lakes or any other location other than where it is located so long as there is appropriate utilities. I do not mind hauling it and setting it up so you can just drive in and enjoy your much needed time off. Great for larger groups. When you go to let the slide out you MUST have someone hold the other door shut. There right drawer under the kitchen table bench has come unglued so it may be popped off after opening the slide - just push it back against the wall and it’ll be fine. We do NOT allow animals of any kind or smoking of ANY KIND inside the RV. If you choose to smoke outside - please do it away from any open doors and windows. You will be charged extra if you take any items, damage the RV in anyway, or break the rules listed above. If you book the RV with only 1-2 days notice we will charge a Rush fee of $50.
