When I am in it, it's like a mini home away from home. The bed is absolutely amazing to sleep in. The bathroom is a great size to move around in, with a corner shower. It as two lay back recliners. We do not allow smoking inside the camper. Electric front and rear stabilizers make setup and takedown a breeze. Our RV weighs GVWR 10000 lbs. Experience with pulling large trailers is preferred upon booking, but we can make arrangements for delivery. Larger trucks with towing capabilities would provide more stability when pulling this trailer and better gas mileage. FULLY STOCKED with everything you need for the perfect camping trip, just add the food, beverages, personal bedding, towels, toiletries, extra camp chairs, and all the family fun! In addition, we included a Keurig coffee maker! Plates, utensils, and cups for 4! Interior extras include all bedding and pillows, pots and pans, cooking utensils, cups, plates, bowls, silverware, trash can and bags, basic cleaning supplies. We also offer wash rags, towels, and a hamper. We have coffee maker. The entertainment center has a 50” Smart TV with a digital antenna and is also prewired for cable if the location you are going to has cable hookups. Or if you have internet where you are going, log into your favorite streaming service. There is also a 32” smart TV in the master bedroom that is mounted on the wall with a quick disconnect. This same TV can be mounted on the outside of the RV as well. Exterior extras include RV levelers, all plumbing hoses and connections (with gloves), freshwater hose with filters and pressure regulators. The propane bottles have a line ran to the back (with a quick connect) of the RV where the outside kitchen is located, we provide a cooking grill with table that attached directly to the RV. There is also a mini fridge and sink. Some extras you won’t think about but will want. This is a 50amp RV (we also have a 30amp converter) because we have added an additional AC to the system. RV Pickup drop off times Friday-Sunday are open, we can find a time that is suitable. We are also pet friendly. So bring along your pets along for the ride.
