Smart tv from the bunk house swivels to use while outdoors or turn up the radio and enjoy the outdoor speakers. Pack your bags and get ready to enjoy the great outdoors. WHATS INCLUDED: Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, silverware, children's plates, cups, and silverware, keurig (including coffee), and a toaster. An additional twin memory foam mattress is available if needed (fits in the bunkhouse floor) There are outdoor rugs, zero gravity chairs, camp chairs, drying rack for towels/clothes and more. Delivery exceeding 25 miles incurs an additional fee. Awning is NOT available for use - any tampering with the awning will result in losing your entire deposit as well as any costs to repair. We have provided a 10 x 10 pop up canopy to be used in its place. However, if camper is not occupied, high winds, or storms develop - it must be collapsed.
