Our cozy camper is the perfect rental for your family vacation! Spacious with plenty of drawers and storage areas. Sleeps up to 10. We are a family of 6 that love to travel. We have an airbnb by Disney World and have loved being super hosts and meeting so many amazing families. We have decided to rent out our RV so that others can enjoy our cozy camper and we can continue to meet wonderful families from all over. You’ll feel right at home while traveling on the road or parked at the campground. * if you have any questions or special requests, we are pretty flexible and easy going. Happy to help assist in making your vacation the best one yet! What’s included with your rental: -Starter kit: 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll, 2 trash bags, 1 hand soap -Cleaning supplies: sanitation wipes, dust buster, broom/pan -Outdoor rug - 6 camping chairs - Keurig - kitchen basics - cleaning/prep fee ($150) charged at time of booking: includes preparing the rental unit by sanitizing interior and cleaning exterior, full propane tank, starter kit of supplies. *it is the renters responsibility to make sure RV is returned reasonably clean. If an excessive amount of dirt, food, unkept appliances etc is found there will be an additional charge of $100. *Full fuel tank is provided at pick up, if not discussed prior to returning, and fuel is not returned full- a fee of 20% premium of current fuel rates will be added. * Dumping Fee-If not previously agreed upon, and the tanks are not emptied upon return, a fee of $150 will be added. Supplemental rental agreement (SRA) document must be signed after booking reservation confirmed. Please note the following rules: * No smoking * No pets * No festivals Tailgating is allowed upon approval. $250 fee taken from security deposit if any of these rules are violated. The van seats 2 passengers with seatbelts and has an awesome led lit awning! There is a small safe bolted inside the van to hold valuables. There is plenty of room under the bed for storage .This van is fully equipped with anything you need for boondocking or staying at a site. It has all of the hookups for city electric and water. Perhaps even more fun, it also is fully boondocking ready with two EcoTrek lithium ion battery modules, solar panels. There is a 30 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon grey water tank, and 15 gallon black water cassette. This camper is extremely light weight. Smaller SUVs and pick up trucks can tow it with no problem. It has everything you need to hit the road and have a great vacation.
No awning, removed. 2018 Forest River Forester Class C gas motorhome 2351LE with 2017 Ford chassis highlights: U-Shaped Dinette, Rear Corner Bath, Queen Bed, Bunk Over Cab, Privacy Curtain. Take this Forester LE Class C gas motorhome out to your next tailgate and have the amenities of home with you. When the game is over, just pack up your things, hop in, and head home! If there isn't a game this weekend, head to your favorite camping spot and set up camp. You will have sleeping space for six, so grab a couple of your friends and enjoy the great outdoors. You have a queen bed in the rear next to the full bathroom which has a 24" x 32" shower with a high pressure oxygen infused shower head and a U-shaped dinette that will fold down into an additional sleeping space for up to two individuals. Plus, there is also a bunk above the cab. No awning. 1. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV, any evidence will be subject to forfeiture of security deposit. 2. All “optional fees” are optional unless task is not done prior to return. RV should be returned in the same condition as it was at the time it was rented out (picked up by you) i.e. full gas tank, grey and black tank emptied and flushed out. Ask questions if needed. No mopping as the excessive water will damage the floor and RV. FOR CLARITY - the unit needs to be in rental condition when it is returned. If it is not in a rental condition when it is returned, you will be charged to get it back in rental condition. 3. No Roof Top Access. If evidence is found when there rig is returned, it will result in forfeiture of security deposit. 4. Only use biodegradable, RV and marine type bath tissue that we supply or that you have. If you don’t it will cause the sensors to not read properly and you will be charged to flush out the black tank. I suggest you fill the tank, nearly full with water, before you dump so you get a good flush of the tank. After you empty, refill with at least a 1/2 tank of water and empty again. 5. Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathrooms, bathroom doors, master bedroom door, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion. 6. Refuel Policy: RV should be returned with (at least) the same amount of gas provided at pick up. 7. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black (septic) tanks before returning RV to owner. Empty Black first, then Grey. Use plenty of water with the black tank. Unless you elect to pay for sewage dumping. 8. Towing Policy: Towing will only be allowed through RVshare insurance. 9. Appliances: The A/C, generator, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. While not expected; If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, NO compensation will be made to you. These items are electronic and can break unexpectedly. For assistance, you are advised to consult with ownership of an issue arises. 10. RV Content: Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, inventory items, and any optional items requested in this rental agreement. When renters are away from RV, all doors including undercarriage should remain locked to prevent theft and overhead vents in bathroom and hallway should be closed to prevent water damage in the event of rain. Awning should not be opened during strong winds or while away from RV to prevent damage. If any inventory items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion. 11. All trips West of the Mississippi River need our approval prior to booking. 12. Renters will contact owner with any problems that occur during the rental period. 13. No refund will be provided if vehicle returned early.
