Keurig, teapot, waffle maker (if plugged into power) hot dog and mountain pie maker, small tables, and all necessary items for Electric, sewage and water hookups. (sorry, no generator available at this time) Leveling blocks towing stabilizing hitch. Tow vehicle will need be equipped with trailer brake. NO SMOKING in this RV PETS: I do allow trained pets but please no grooming or messes inside. If any damage or excess hair I will have to deduct from the security deposit to cover repairs, replacements, or cleaning. I just ask to return it in as good of a condition as it was upon arrival.
