Perhaps even more fun, it also is fully boondocking ready with two EcoTrek lithium ion battery modules, solar panels. There is a 30 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon grey water tank, and 15 gallon black water cassette. This van contains a cassette toilet that needs to be emptied every 3-4 days (more or less depending on usage). At pickup, we will provide instructions for emptying the tank. If the van is returned with a full toilet tank, you will be charged a fee of $150. If you are going on a shorter trip, in the 2-4 day range, and would not like to empty the tank on the road we offer tank emptying services in the add-ons section for the same $150.***On pickup, the van will have a full tank of gas. On return, we ask that you please return the vehicle with a full tank. If the van is not returned with a full tank of gasoline, you will be charged a fee of $150.

If you don’t it will cause the sensors to not read properly and you will be charged to flush out the black tank. I suggest you fill the tank, nearly full with water, before you dump so you get a good flush of the tank. After you empty, refill with at least a 1/2 tank of water and empty again. 5. Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathrooms, bathroom doors, master bedroom door, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion. 6. Refuel Policy: RV should be returned with (at least) the same amount of gas provided at pick up. 7. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black (septic) tanks before returning RV to owner. Empty Black first, then Grey. Use plenty of water with the black tank. Unless you elect to pay for sewage dumping. 8. Towing Policy: Towing will only be allowed through RVshare insurance. 9. Appliances: The A/C, generator, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. While not expected; If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, NO compensation will be made to you. These items are electronic and can break unexpectedly. For assistance, you are advised to consult with ownership of an issue arises. 10. RV Content: Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, inventory items, and any optional items requested in this rental agreement. At 18 feet long and 9 feet 6 high, entertainment, or a great night's sleep, and with an easy-peasy pop-top that has full bed up top, you can bring along your road-tripping besties or your adventurous kids.
