Trailer has been fully insulated and has a freshwater tank heater, making cold weather camping possible. Equipped with electric fireplace, propane heater, and electric air conditioner. With a gross vehicle rating of 7000 lbs and dry weight of 4200 lbs, there is plenty of load-in capacity. The trailer has a 200 amp hour lithium battery and a Renogy 2000 watt inverter/charger. Generator provided at additional charge. Spare tire included and hitch ball provided upon request. We do require you have a 7-pin electric plug and electronic brake controls. This is a family and dog friendly trailer. We have only used the garage to haul small toys like bicycles and kayaks. We have tall kids and a pack of dogs so we use this for the big beds, tall ceilings and floor space.
