This little unit has features found in large units: -A/C and Heat (110v necessary for A/C) -Kitchenette W/ Refrigerator, 2 Burner Stove, Sink and Microwave (110v necessary for Microwave) -Bluetooth Stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers. -19" TV (110v necessary) -Hot and Cold water for cooking, cleaning and using the shower. -Shower is on outside of camper. (Popup shower enclosure provided) -Large Outdoor Rug & 10'x10' canopy are provided ***The only thing it does NOT have is a toilet*** -We DO NOT provide linens, pillows, etc. You can rent a set of sheets for $5.00 -Upon request we provide a small charcoal grill. -We also have a 22" Blackstone griddle available for rent $25/night or flat $75 for anything over 3 nights. Everything except the A/C, TV & Microwave run on 12V from the Battery or Propane (Both are on the trailer). The A/C and Microwave require 110V regular electric provided by a Std. or 30A electrical connection wherever you're going to be or a generator (Not included w/ rental) Trailer is easily towed by any vehicle with a 2” receiver and 7-pin connector. An adjustable hitch to accommodate for different vehicles is provided (no cost). We offer delivery close to our location. Just send a message to see if we can deliver where you're going. If we are delivering to an event and are delayed for longer than 1/2hr from the time we arrive. A Fee of $50 for every half hour will be charged at the end of the rental period. If there are no delays for dropping off or picking up, no fees will be added.

The master bedroom hosts a comfy king mattress, large closet, and dresser. A 2nd bedroom with a trifold pull-out sofa makes a nice queen sized sleep space. The loft contains a King-sized bunker mattress. Outlets are bedside in both rooms for sleep machines or baby monitors. Loft and 2nd bedroom are perfect for young adults or even 2-4 small children each. We have children too. We understand the need for high chairs, bassinet, and all things tiny human related. Just ask, we most likely have it for rent as an add-on. The living area is open to a full kitchen with residential refrigerator and plenty of pantry space. Great travel trailer for a pleasant camping vacation. Kitchen is outfitted with needed pots and pans. Settings for 6+ people. The three beds each have memory foam mattress toppers that make them super comfy. Fold out sofa and dinette sleeper are both comfy too. Let us know if you have any questions.
