This little unit has features found in large units: -A/C and Heat (110v necessary for A/C) -Kitchenette W/ Refrigerator, 2 Burner Stove, Sink and Microwave (110v necessary for Microwave) -Bluetooth Stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers. -19" TV (110v necessary) -Hot and Cold water for cooking, cleaning and using the shower. -Shower is on outside of camper. (Popup shower enclosure provided) -Large Outdoor Rug & 10'x10' canopy are provided ***The only thing it does NOT have is a toilet*** -We DO NOT provide linens, pillows, etc. You can rent a set of sheets for $5.00 -Upon request we provide a small charcoal grill. -We also have a 22" Blackstone griddle available for rent $25/night or flat $75 for anything over 3 nights. Everything except the A/C, TV & Microwave run on 12V from the Battery or Propane (Both are on the trailer). The A/C and Microwave require 110V regular electric provided by a Std. or 30A electrical connection wherever you're going to be or a generator (Not included w/ rental) Trailer is easily towed by any vehicle with a 2” receiver and 7-pin connector. An adjustable hitch to accommodate for different vehicles is provided (no cost). We offer delivery close to our location. Just send a message to see if we can deliver where you're going. If we are delivering to an event and are delayed for longer than 1/2hr from the time we arrive. A Fee of $50 for every half hour will be charged at the end of the rental period. If there are no delays for dropping off or picking up, no fees will be added.

We'd love for you, your family and friends (rides 4, sleeps 5) to have that experience too! If you're familiar with operating an RV or have very minimal experience, we'll do our best to accommodate you! This RV would be PERFECT for the following parties: 1. 1-3 singles 2. 1-2 couples 3. 1 single/1 couple, up to 2-3 children Rides 4 (seatbelts), sleeps 5 (1 Queen bedroom, 1 pullout couch, 1 twin framed air mattress) This RV would NOT be a great fit for the following parties: 1. Groups of 6 or larger (only 4 seat belts) 2. Groups requiring more than three beds (only 2 queens, 1 full) 3. No Pets at this time Propane, water, dumping, silverware and cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning products, dish/hand soaps, Keureg, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oils/spray, foil, plastic wrap, and more... - all included! We have upgraded our suspension and steering control to make the ride smoother and easier for the driver and passengers. The Kitchen has a full size fridge and ample storage. The rear Master king size bed is usable even with the slide in. In addition to 2 A/Cs, she also has Propane, Electric Fireplace and Water Heater. When enjoying the outdoors you have the use of 2 motorized awnings, a TV, and a shower head. We include all Bed Linens, Bath Linens, Kitchen Basics for a group of 4. Both inside TVs are SMART.
