Rent our affordable oversized gas grill/griddle combo providing the camp chef an opportunity to demonstrate his skills during breakfast, lunch and dinner! Your outdoor space is covered by a 9x12 soft lite awning. Basic camping gear - outdoor carpet, 4 chairs and side table are included. The pristine interior is cooled on warm days by an oversized AC unit and on those cooler days warmed by a powerful furnace. Also provide are basic linens, bed rail for top bunk, cooking utensils, pots, pans and drink ware - enough for 8 guests. You provide your food, beverage and the desire to enjoy the great outdoors. Delivery/set up available. Delivery/setup is 4:00 - 7:00 PM and pick up by 11:00 AM unless other arrangements are made. Later deliveries may incur an additional charge. Nice modern travel trailer with a single main slide. Sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Stove, oven, fridge, freezer, large pantry, and a ton of storage inside. Outdoor kitchen with sink, fridge, and gas grill. Power awning with led lighting and indoor/outdoor speakers. Queen bed with pocket doors for privacy. Couchjack knifes out to make a twin size bed that is very comfortable. Dinning table converts to a twin bed along with twin bunk beds. Full bathroom. A/c and heater. Perfect for a weekend trip but has enough room for longer stays as well.
This unite is perfect for a long weekend getaway also can be used for out of town visiting family or friend. This is comfy bunkhouse trailer sleeps 8, you could sleep 10 but it might be a little tight. The large bunkhouse will accommodate 2 kids per bunk for a total of 350 lbs each bunk. There is a fold down dinette (full size). Master bedroom is separated by a door, master has a Queen size walk around bed, with lots of underneath storage. This unite has a full bathroom. Full kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven and stove top with over stove microwave and vent. This unit has an awning and LED Lights that looks amazing at night. There are indoor and outdoor audio speakers. Also this unite had an out door kitchen with a fridge and storage drawer. I supply clean linens for the queen master bed only. Please bring your own bedding for bunks and the dinette bed. queen size bedding fit perfect for the bunks and dinette bed. There are some kitchen items that are supplied such as electric tea cattle, coffee maker, cooking pan, pot, plastic reusable plates cups and silverware, grill utensils, etc. -Cleaning and disinfecting fee: $100 -Generator is available to rent upon request, $50 per day plus gas. -I’m available to speak with renters. What's included Inside you’ll find a KL queen sized bed, a toilet & shower, induction cooker, a sink, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer section, air conditioning & heat, plenty of windows with screens and shades, a swivel mounted TV with Blu-ray player connected & Roku capabilities (Wi-Fi not included). The van seats 2 passengers with seatbelts and has an awesome led lit awning! There is a small safe bolted inside the van to hold valuables. There is plenty of room under the bed for storage .This van is fully equipped with anything you need for boondocking or staying at a site. It has all of the hookups for city electric and water. Perhaps even more fun, it also is fully boondocking ready with two EcoTrek lithium ion battery modules, solar panels. There is a 30 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon grey water tank, and 15 gallon black water cassette.
