About Our Trailer: Top of the line Grand Design-build and appearance. Outside: • The RV has a large 18ft one-touch power awning with LED lights. •There is also an outdoor kitchen equipped with a mini-fridge, two-burner stove, and water hose. Inside: • In our kitchen we provide the basic needs for any Kitchen: pots, pans, coffee pots, dinnerware for up to 8, cutlery, utensils, kitchen towels, and cleaning supplies. RV has a large Refrigerator. • The bathroom has a big standing shower. • We have a full Queen sized mattress in the front private room. In the rear of the trailer is a full over full bunk bed with privacy curtains. The dining table can convert into a full-size bed. The Sofa can serve as a sleeping arrangement as well. *Remember to pack your own linens comforters, towels, or sleeping bags!* • For entertainment we have a wall-mounted 32-inch TV, some family games (cards, UNO, board games). • This is a smoke-free unit as we travel with small children ourselves. Let your adventures begin in this 2021 Prime Time Avenger. Make new family memories as you enjoy the amenities that this unit provides. Minimum Rental Period is three nights. The floor plan of the Avenger features a queen-size bed in a separate bedroom, with an upgraded deluxe mattress. There are also two extra wide double-size bunks. The unit also has a dinette that breaks down into a bed and a jack-knife sofa that converts to a bed. This will sleep up to 6 adults or up to 8-9 with children. Other features include an outdoor kitchen with a separate refrigerator, sink and cook top, as well as a retractable awning. Due to the owner's allergies, we do not allow pets or smoking in the unit, no exceptions. Should we find any signs that you have violated this policy, you will forfeit a portion of your damage deposit. We provide an outdoor camping mat for use under the electric awning, so you track less debris into the unit. We have equipped the kitchen with a set of pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, BBQ forks, plates, bowls and beverage glasses. In addition, we also provide paper plates and disposable cups for those that do not want to wash dishes. Salt, pepper, garlic salt, and Lawry's seasoning salt are provided. A supply of paper towels and toilet paper is provided, as well as dish soap and hand soap. Kitchen towels, dishrags, disposable sponges, and garbage bags are also stocked in the unit. Although we hope you never need it, we have also included a basic first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Also included are two separate TV sets, one near the dining table and the other in the queen bedroom. There are also decks of cards included, a cribbage board, and Uno cards. The Avenger has a supply of collapsible camping chairs, a toaster, and a coffee maker for those who need a caffeine boost in the morning. The dry weight of this camper is 4,800 lbs. It requires a 2 5/16 ball, or a weight distribution hitch is available for a 2" receiver. (Please check your vehicle's Owner's Manual for info on your vehicle's towing capacity.) We require use of a trailer hitch lock whenever you unhook the unit from your vehicle. You will need to have some basic experience backing up and maneuvering a trailer. Per Minnesota State law, you MUST have an electric brake controller and seven-pin trailer light wiring, and they must be in complete working order prior to leaving with the unit. If you do not have a brake controller in your vehicle, we can provide a wireless brake controller that you control from your smartphone for an additional $40 per trip. We do charge a $30 cleaning fee. We expect that you will return the unit in comparable condition to when you picked it up. Laundry (dish towels, dish rags, and bedding) should be placed in a garbage bag prior to returning the unit. The cleaning policy is outlined more thoroughly in the trailer. Failure to follow the procedures can result in extra fees being withheld from your deposit. Please feel free to ask any questions so we can address your concerns prior to rental or pickup.
