This is an almost new RV with a great floor plan! Great for first timers or experienced RVers alike as it is super easy to drive, park, and set up. The overhead attic has a queen size area, with a weight limit of 500. Another comfortable queen bed is found in the back with a slide-out. The dining table can also easily be converted to a bed which allows sleeping space for up to a total of 6 people. The main seating area is very clean, comfortable, and large. The dining room table is spacious, room for four. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a large sink, three stove top burners, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The fully furnished bathroom has everything you need. There are many windows spread throughout to allow the cool evening breeze in. The RV also comes with blackout curtains for all windows to allow you to keep cool and private. We look forward to sharing our RV with you and hope to leave you with great memories just like it has done for us!
This rental includes sheets comforter pillows for the bunk house and the master bedroom, the master bedroom has a luxury full size queen mattress! Towels are also included along with a air fryer, coffee maker, ice maker, microwave, metal forks, knives, spoons , plates, cooking pans, cups, board games, Playing cards, 2 fold out chairs, exterior fridge for quick access to drinks, built in awning and much more! This 2022 Camper is fully equipped and still smell brand new, it has an outdoor shower, an outdoor fridge and sink with a little grill! It is Pet Friendly! It has cruise control, rear vision, side vision with the turning signal, built-in GPS as well as using a smart phone. It also an outside entertainment system under the awning and an outside kitchen
Brand New 2022 Pioneer SS171, sleeps 5‑6. It has a queen bed, pull out couch full bed with a single bunk above, the table turns into a full bed as well. It comes with microwave, two burner cooktop, refrigerator, AC/Heat, a toilet, a shower & sink, and a kitchen sink. Everything you need for your adventures! You only need to bring your food, and clothes along. We can provide the linens at extra charge for you to have less hassle and more time to enjoy your vacation. This trailer is only offered delivered directly to your prepaid campsite or your preferred place, and we will also pick it up. Delivery Fees vary depending on location. The pick up fee is included in the delivery fee, cost per mile. If you need it delivered further than 150 miles location, you may shoot me a message and we can discuss. We always set up the camper to any hook ups available so don't worry about getting your hands dirty! Afterwards, we pick up the trailer and dump the tanks for you. If you decide to park in a place with no dumping site, please add "off-site dumping fees" from the add-on section. We strive to maintain all of our RV's at an exceptional level of cleanliness, we do ask all our renters to leave the RV in the same condition as it was delivered, Cleaning materials are supplied for you, so that before you depart: all food remnants, trash, surfaces are to be wiped down including stovetop and oven, refrigerator and freezer, entire bathroom including outside and inside of toilet. We understand camping gets a bit dirty but if you can clean as your trip progresses it really helps keep our units so beautiful! Additional fees can apply if unit is not returned in this fashion at a rate of $80/hr for the cleaning time. Other things to note: - No smoking or vaping is permitted in or around this RV. The gas will be full when you get it (3.5 gallons). Normally with Generator use, it is up to the renter to provide more gas beyond the first fill up. Depending on where you are, you might not be able to go out and get gas. We can send along additional gas cans. We would charge $30 per 5 gallon can (see Gas add-on).
