Welcome to your home away from home. This is a bunkhouse travel trailer which sleeps 6 comfortably (can sleep 8 if there are small children). Camper has plenty of storage in front and back. Features a private master with RV king size bed. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, microwave, stove/oven, sink and TV. Couch and dinette space for lounging and playing games. We will supply sheets for the beds - you supply pillows and extra blankets. We will also supply toilet paper for the bathroom and soap. What’s included: • Fitted and flat sheet for each bed • RV safe Toilet paper • Soap for bathroom sink • Soap for kitchen sink • Keurig Single cup coffee maker • plastic plates, bowls and cups (set of 6) • Silverware (set of 6) • some basic knives and cutting board • some pans for cooking • cast iron pans for outside cooking • Expandable grid for outside cooking Other things to note: No smoking or vaping in the trailer! Please watch how full both the Gray Water & Black Water Tanks get, if you are not on a full hook up. Renters are responsible to: - Empty ALL tanks (fresh, gray, and black) before traveling (or we can do this for a fee - taken out of deposit.) - Remove all bed sheets and towels (if rented) and place them in the provided hamper. - Remove all trash from the camper. - Empty refrigerator and freezer of all items. - Renters are responsible for any and all damages or missing items during your stay. - Damage to Awning: Renters will forfeit the deposit because awning is not covered by insurance. - Excessive Cleaning fee of $100 charged if trailer is returned excessively dirty

Our trailer is spacious to sleep up to 10 people. There is 1 set of full sized bunk beds, adequate storage underneath the bottom bunk, ample storage throughout the trailer as well. The bathroom includes a shower and a tub. The bathroom has it's own private entrance. There is also an exterior shower hose. There is 1 slide out, 1 bed that converts from the dining room table (could sleep 2 small people), 1 pull out couch (could sleep 2 people), and a queen sized bed/private door. There are 2 tvs, kitchen with an oven (for those who like to cook/bake), a radio, and a private sliding door to the main bedroom with the queen sized bed that is incredibly comfortable. 1 pet (dog is allowed upon beed descretion and up to 60lbs for a nightly fee). *Looking to rent to experienced guests with the proper towable vechicle. If there is anything you need that you might not have just ask we probably have it for you! The RV can sleep 6 people comfortability. If you have young children they can be doubled up in the bunk. The bunk beds are full size. Pick-up times can be flexed in many cases, just let us know what your needs. This trailer can be pulled by some half ton trucks. Tow vehicle requires a 7-way plug and brake controller. Please read the rates, rules, and additional fees carefully. We try to be fair and transparent with all renters and try not to charge extra fees when RV is returned. Note: All renters who camp four or more days are required to pay for portable RV waste tank.
