Dinette becomes a full bed and couch folds down to make a short twin. Has a 39 inch tv in the living room and a 32 inch tv in the master. Can include a quiet generator. 49 gallon fresh water tank is great! Has an outdoor griddle to cook your breakfast/lunch/dinner along with the kitchen and outdoor burners. The small fridge and ice maker are essential for the beverages of choice.

This is our 2020 Thor Quantum WS31. The Quantum is super easy to drive and is beautiful inside and out. This unit is like new and feels like home on the inside! We also have an upgraded Thomas Payne couch which is very comfy. This motorhome is an absolute pleasure to travel in, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Our trailer is spacious to sleep up to 10 people. There is 1 set of full sized bunk beds, adequate storage underneath the bottom bunk, ample storage throughout the trailer as well. The bathroom includes a shower and a tub. The bathroom has it's own private entrance. There is also an exterior shower hose. There is 1 slide out, 1 bed that converts from the dining room table (could sleep 2 small people), 1 pull out couch (could sleep 2 people), and a queen sized bed/private door. There are 2 tvs, kitchen with an oven (for those who like to cook/bake), a radio, and a private sliding door to the main bedroom with the queen sized bed that is incredibly comfortable. 1 pet (dog is allowed upon beed descretion and up to 60lbs for a nightly fee). *Looking to rent to experienced guests with the proper towable vechicle. Bathroom: Sink, Shower, Small bath tub, Toilet. Two bunk beds and dinette that converts to a full bed for 2. Sleeps total of 6 comfortably. USB ports and electronic outlets for devices. Trailer weighs 3500 lbs dry weight. Anti Sway/Weight Distribution will require use of my Ball and Hitch.. Please make sure your vehicle is capable of towing a minimum of 5,000 lbs safely and has a 7 pin trailer connector for the brakes/backing up before booking your reservation. The ideal camping would be booking a campsite with 30amp - AC, Furnace, and Microwave CANNOT run off of battery/solar. The trailer must be Fully drained before returning (grey and black water tanks). We will show you how. A fee of $100 will be added on if it is not drained properly The camper must be Fully cleaned when returned.
