Rig has 2 bathrooms with vanity and storage, 1 with full stand-up shower and the other with a 2nd access point to the outside. Small Dogs are welcome with approval and everything in the camper is yours to use. All I ask is if you use it, clean or wash it and put it back. This camper has 2 large slide-outs for a spacious hang out and kitchen area. Master queen bedroom comes with dedicated full bath and a 34 inch smart TV with a swivel wall mount for convenient viewing, tons of storage and outlets that work off the converter. Living room area has a 42 inch LED with fire stick, pull out couch that sleeps 2. Kitchen has a 3 burner Furion stove top and oven, large sink, extended foldable table top, microwave, and full size fridge. There is plenty of storage and drawers that are fully stocked with utensils and dining ware plus a large pantry. There are games, puzzles, and radio with indoor and outdoor speakers. The bunk room has a queen-size foldable couch mattress and two bunkbed's. The right bunk folds out of the way when using the couch. The entertainment center has plenty of storage and a 28 inch flat screen ready to be connected to any computer or gaming device. All 4 beds in the camper have foam toppers and fresh bedding. Since there are two bathrooms there are two black and two gray tanks and the system can combine for one dump station port. Outside you have a outdoor kitchen with a 2 burner stove top and mini fridge. Ports for outdoor shower and hook ups for cable if your location provides it. Dual propane tanks will be full at drop off so just top them off or on pick up I can deduct cost from security deposit. Complimentary when I set up I will also set up a tripod adjustable fire pit cooking grill top for your stay. Access to WIFI is through Verizon 5G and available for $5 per day or $25 for full week renters. Gas/propane dual-fueled 12500 Watt generator is available but only for off site locations where land power is unavailable. Combined with Solar panels and 2nd battery you should be ready for anything. I have up to 4 mountain bikes that can be rented for $25 per bike no matter how long your stay is.

Hi and thank you for looking at my favorite Class B RV. Her name is Ellie Mae, taking the name of my lovely Pug. This is a 2019 Winnebago Era 70B. This beautiful ride has much to offer. She rides 6, sleeps 2. She is ready to drive south because of the cold! Ellie Mae has everything that keeps us comfortable. We do allow pets for a fee. We love dogs but we keep the RV clean. Our pugs travel in onesies to minimize the shedding in the van. The van is cleaned and sanitized after each and every drive, whether its rented or its the pugs out on a joy ride. We ask that you take care with the pets in the RV. With this RV being pet friendly we do advise if you have serious pet allergies that this may not be the RV for you. I ask for a minimum rental of 2 days. This RV has so much to offer and its amazing. Whatever type of road trip you are taking, Ellie Mae is in! I love taking my family and not stopping every 30 minutes for a bathroom! We hope you enjoy your trip, Life is too short not too!

POST TRIP FEES Any post trip fees incurred, including overages for mileage or generator use, are subject to an administrative fee and any taxes required by law. A6. Dump Fee (optional) $40 each for Grey and/or Black tank disposal. A7. Excessive Clean Up Fee (optional) $100 Be sure to follow our checkout list to avoid this clean up fee. A8. Generator (optional) 4 hours per night generator usage included with rental for free. Excess generator usage is charged at $4.00/hour Note: Every hour the generator is running, you are using about $4 of gasoline. A9 100 miles per day included with your rental. (optional) Excess mileage will be charged at $0.50/mile. A10. Propane usage is charged at $20 per quarter tank usage. You can also stop at a truck's stop (Love's Truck Stop) and fill up propane. B. INCLUDED ITEMS: B1. Outdoor Grill Set (FREE. But keep it clean!) There is usually plenty of propane left by previous guest. To refill it, take it to a local store and swap. It is around $20 for 5 gallon tanks and could last a long time. The grill set must be left clean to avoid a $30 grill clean fee. B2.
