This RV is ready to create great memories with your family. It comes fully loaded will all linens and kitchenware. Just bring your clothes and food! It sleeps up to 10 people if a few are smaller children. 6 adults can easily stay comfortably. There is a regular size cool gel memory foam queen mattress instead of a shorter RV mattress in the master, 2 bunk beds, the couch converts to a twin/full bed and the dining converts to the full size bed. Above the cab is a very roomy sleeping area. The bunk beds convert to an extra dinette table. There are seatbelts for 7 people; two seatbelts in the front cab, three on the couch and two at the dining table. It has plenty of TV's for screen time! One outside, one above the cab that will swivel to the main area, one in the master room and one in each of the bunk beds. There is also a dvd player and cords to plug in your favorite streaming device. A Roku is included. During travel, tablets or other personal devices are best. The TV's do not work without shore power. We are flexible with pick up/drop off times. Pick up or drop off on the days you need it, so you don't have to book extra days before or after your trip. Pick up in the morning, drop off at least an hour before dark. The interior of the RV does need to be returned clean. We have a 3 night minimum and very generous mileage rates since we live in the spacious western states; 150 miles per day are included with only $0.45 per mile for overage. We are located right off I-15 in Northern Utah. We are about one hour north of Salt Lake City, Utah, and about one hour south of Pocatello, Idaho. Feel free to leave a vehicle parked at our place if needed. Insurance is required. We do charge a mandatory prep fee for washing linens, refilling supplies and washing the exterior of the unit. RV is to be returned to us clean. If not, cleaning fees of $50 per hour will be taken out of the deposit.

The fully stocked kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, crockpot, toilet paper, garbage bags, flashlights, utensils, paper plates, cups, dish soap, hand soap, seasonings, lighter, bug spray, broom, vacuum, mop, can opener, coffee maker, emergency first aid kit, paper towels, roasting sticks and anything else you might have forgotten. The U-shaped dinette is large and can fit 6 or more! The large bathroom has plenty of room. It features a toilet, sink, and shower. Toiletries such as hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are included! Towels are provided upon request. Pets are allowed with a pet deposit. For that reason, we include body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, shower towels, hand towels, hand soap, and bedding (2 pillows, linens, comforter, blanket) all cleaned and disinfected for each traveler. Please select the linen add on to notify us that you would like these items stocked in the van for your trip. Dora comes with a full bathroom, there is a shower, cassette toilet, bathroom fold-down sink, a mirrored medicine cabinet, and an outside shower spray attachment with a hose and nozzle to spray off the sand at the beach or anything you don’t want to bring back into the van with you. In the kitchen, you will find plenty of cabinet space to store food, a kitchen sink, microwave oven, two-burner gas stovetop, a fridge/freezer, a tablet holder, slide-out counter space, and plenty of lighting. We also include all kitchen necessities, such as a cookware set (pan and pot), plates, cups, soup cups, utensils, wash towels, sponge, and dish soap. For your convenience, we pre-stock some basic items, instant coffee, salt/pepper, 2.5 gallons of freshwater, and sanitation wipes. In the living/bedroom, the spacious two-person sofa has seatbelts underneath the cushions to allow for 4 passengers to safely travel.
