We have a 30 foot travel trailer bunk house, perfect for sharing with family and friends! It has two full sized bunks (300lb capacity each) a kitchen table that seats 4 and converts to a bed, and a queen sized master bed. The shower has a small bath, perfect for little kids! The kitchen includes a fridge and freezer, three eye range, an oven, and a microwave. Stored away are a small coffee maker, a toaster, a small crockpot, plates, bowls, utensils, and pots and pans. A tv and DVD player are there for those rainy days! It’s perfect for a couple or the whole family! We are willing to deliver up to 90 miles for an additional charge
Delivery and set up available! 2021 Pioneer BH250. The dry weight is roughly 5000 pounds and just under 7000 pounds if you load it to the max. Vertical clearance required is 11 feet. This is a nice new clean camper and the interior will be thoroughly cleaned between each rental. Great camper for a long weekend or a few weeks! Two 25 ft drinking water hoses, one 25 foot non potable water hose, 40 feet of sewer hose, all necessary extension cords and adapters to use any generator or campsite power source. Bring your own king size sheets for the bed or rent from us. Two mattresses and bunk platform if you want to use the bunk beds. Dinette and couch both convert into a bed. King bed in the bedroom sleeps two adults, dinette sleeps two kids or one adult, couch laid out sleeps two kids or one adult. Two bunks will sleep two adults or four kids total. We just took this camper on an over 7000 mile road trip without any issues. We upgraded to a heavier load range tire so blowouts will be unlikely. this camper towed nicely through the rocky mountains and has plenty of space for your family and pups. If you are not comfortable towing use my delivery and setup services. If you plan on towing plan to use at least a half ton truck or full size SUV. You can use my weight distribution hitch and I will set up for you. If you plan on going out west to the rockies or driving through heavy wind like the great plains a 3/4 ton truck or suburban/excursion is recommended.
2020 Heartland Pioneer BH270 ~Make yourself at home in our home away from home.- * Queen-sized bed, * 2 - double bunk beds * Fold out sofa * Dinette conversion that is a full size. The kitchen has three burners, oven and microwave with a refrigerator and freezer combo. Unit is throughly cleaned and sanitized after every use. All linens and towels are washed after each use. All dishes, utensils, and glasses are properly sanitized after each use. The bathroom has the toilet, shower tub combo and a vanity. Plenty of storage and there are two smart TVs, one located in the bedroom and one in the main area. There is an outdoor "shower" which just means there is cold and hot water located on the exterior of the RV that has a hose for washing off boots, gear, or kids.... It sleeps 6 in real beds. Has fold out couch - double and dinette- full to sleep more if needed. No smoking. We do allow dogs BUT they MUST be left in a crate if left alone. No grooming or bathing the dog/dogs in the RV. If there is damage or strong odor from pets or smoking, it will result in lose of security deposit. This RV is DELIVERY ONLY. Shelter kept 26 foot Coachmen Freedom Express. I rent about eight times a year so it is in great shape. No slide. Sleeps two adults in queen bed and two kids in bunks or dinette bed. More than four gets crowded but it is doable. I offer a coleman camp stove for outside cooking.

There is plenty of space in the interior to spread out and relax with the full-wall slide and the opposing slide in king size bedroom area, and you will be able to invite friends in to hang out since you can offer them seating on the booth dinette, sofa. Play a group game, or put on the football game with the LED Smart TV. After you've entertained everyone, you can retire to your own RV king bed back in the private bedroom. And you can even invite your friends to stay the night if you want because the dinette, pullout sofa bed, bunk beds and front overhead bunk will provide some extra sleeping space. Trips have never been easier to plan than with the Trouvaille! Since the Tiffin Open Road Allegro comes with just about anything you could need while you're out and away, you'll always feel like you're right at home. The coach has been expertly crafted, so you can experience the smoothest ride. Before you take off, pack up the lockable pass-through storage compartments with your totes and travel gear, and then head to the cockpit where you can use the backup and sideview cameras to maneuver easily out of the driveway. The kitchen is both attractive and useful with its LED-lit, solid-surface countertops, decorative backsplash, and recessed stainless steel sink, and residential refrigerator and the water filtration system will make it easy to stay hydrated. Clean up is a breeze in a washer/dryer also included... - No special Driver License needed - Allowable miles and generator usage are based on paid nights. So if you paid for three nights than you get 3 times the allowable usage of the generator and mileage, etc. Charges will accrue for any usage over that as per the listed amount. BASIC RULES: 1. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV, any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" cleaning fee. This allows for ozone treatment. 2. All “optional fees” are optional unless task is not done prior to return. RV should be returned in the same condition as it was at the time it was rented out i.e. full gas tank, full propane, grey and black tank emptied and flushed out. 3. No off road travels or out of country locations permitted. 4. No walking, sitting, standing, or lounging on top of the roof. 5. NO-Pets allowed, any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" fee. 6. ONLY use biodegradable, RV and marine type bath tissue that we supply or that you have. 7. Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathroom, bathroom doors, master bedroom door, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion. 8. Refuel Policy: RV should be returned with (at least) the same amount of gas provided at pick up, or renters will be subject to $50 refuel fee plus actual fuel cost. 9. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black (septic) tanks before returning RV to owner. Failure to do so will result in a $199 dumping fee. Empty Black first, then Grey, then flush out tanks. 10. Towing Policy: Please let us know in advance if you plan to tow anything behind the RV during the rental period. You must bring your own flat-towing equipment and tow weight must not exceed 5,000 lbs. Renter must bring all other compatible equipment to tow their personal vehicle and it is required that you have a braking system installed in your towed vehicle. We keep the hitches locked at all times to prevent misuse. We charge a flat $200 tow fee. 11. Appliances: The A/C, slide-out(s), generator, awning, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, NO compensation will be made to you. For assistance, you are advised to consult the informational material in the RV or contact us. 12. RV Content: Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, inventory items, and any optional items requested in this rental agreement. When renters are away from RV, all doors including undercarriage should remain locked to prevent theft and overhead vents in bathroom and hallway should be closed to prevent water damage in the event of rain. Awning should not be opened during strong winds or while away from RV to prevent damage. If any inventory items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion. 13. There will be no refunds for early returns. Please inform us in advance if you plan to return early or if you are running late. Any drop-off after 11am CST will result in additional charges per number 15 below. It is inadequate to perform drop-off inspections in the dark as it does not allow for a proper visual inspection. Please plan your travel accordingly to meet pick-up and drop-off times. 14. Extending Rental Dates. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement to ensure that all rentals costs and rental dates are correct. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must call us for approval. If you do not return at the scheduled drop-off time on the scheduled Rental Period End Date and you have not called us for approval to extend the rental period, you will be charged additional rental day(s), and any inconvenience fees incurred by the next renter. Please remember that our units are usually booked by other families picking up as quickly as the next day. 15. Late fee of $125 for up to 5pm on scheduled return day. Returns after 5pm will be an additional night’s charge in addition to the $125 late fee. All late returns are subject to owner availability. 16. By taking possession of this rental you agree that you were given the full walk-through of the RV and have found that everything with the vehicle is found to be acceptable, is as advertised, and in proper working order. You also agree that the services you purchased are considered rendered upon your pre-departure inspection of the vehicle, signing of this contract, and leaving with the vehicle to start your reserved rental dates.
