Automatic hydraulic leveling system makes setup that much easier. Arctic package for cold weather camping. The rearview and sideview camera system makes it easier to drive. Plus many more features! Delivery and pickup service available upon request. Covered car parking available at pickup site in gated RV storage facility. Includes: Dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot, food storage containers, Ziploc bags, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, trash bags, toaster, electric cooking plate, 4' folding table, camping chairs upon request, etc. If there is anything else you may need, we will do our best to accommodate you. If you need delivery to a local campground or event, it also includes hooking everything up so you are ready to camp with no hassles. THINGS TO KNOW: Pets welcome! Early pick up and late drop off available at no charge depending on availability. No smoking of any kind inside the RV! Non-smokers can tell. Very clean 31' Class C motorhome with all the amenities to make your trip comfortable. My wife is the classic princess - this is her idea of "camping". There is a camper Queen in the master BR, a full bed over the cab, a pull-out sofa, and the dinette converts into a sleeping space if needed, so it could sleep more than 6 if needed. The powerful V10 engine gets you where you need to go with ease. We live up in the mountains and it makes it up and down the steep terrain here with no problems.

Master bedroom- king size bed with sheets, down blanket, and storage. Bunks- double bunks with sheets, down blanket. Then dinette and couch can be turned down for beds. Bathroom- toilet, shower/tub, sink. Kitchen- fridge, freezer, plates/bowls, utensils, instapot, rice maker, electric griddle, popcorn maker, microwave, stove, oven, keurig, pots, pans. You just need to supply the food! Outdoor Kitchen- fridge, sink, 2 burner stove. We use this as our outdoor bar and smores area. 2 plush camp chairs, 2 kids chairs, outdoor rug, Everything will be set up for you!
