You can vacation in a campground with full hookups (water, sewer and electricity 30amps) or get away from everything and “boon dock” in serenity. ** Artic Pak ** this RV is also equipped with an artic pak, what makes it a great choice for cooler temperatures! This RV comes with: - Bedsheets for the main bed - Coffee maker - Toilet paper - Cookware and Kitchen supplies - Kitchen paper towels We sanitize all surfaces, doors, and handles. Rules: - towing not allowed - please do the dumping before the drop off, if not I will charge a dumping fee $75 - If there is evidence of smoking, I will use your security deposit to clean and restore the condition. -I’m festival friendly but due to high risk there is a price increase. Enjoy a comfortable night's sleep on our brand-new bedroom mattress! As you walk into the trailer, you are walking into the living room/kitchen. The master bedroom with the queen size mattress and 2 closets is on the right side of the entrance. In the living room area, a pull-out sofa is perfect for kids and moving forward there is a U- shaped dinette (sleeps two). Across the sofa is the kitchen with a cooktop, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Can’t forget the TV in the living room mounted on the wall between the living room and master bedroom which can be enjoyed from both rooms. On the left side of the trailer you will find 3 bunkbeds. The bottom one has been converted to storage but an extra mattress is available on the 2nd bunkbed if needed to be converted in order to accommodate one more person. Finally, the bathroom is all the way on the left side. The camper is easy to set up once you are at your campsite or let us deliver and do it for you FOR FREE!
