The living area is comforted by an electric fireplace sitting below the TV, and stereo system that includes radio, CD and DVD player. Also includes a pull-out couch that sleeps and a double reclining love seat. Kitchen area includes a table with two bench seats (storage underneath both bench seats), a sink with a new faucet, microwave, gas stove and oven with fan, refrigerator with freezer that runs on propane or electric. The all-important and very essential A/C keeps you nice and cool during our Florida summers or flip on the cozy heat for those occasional winter nights. Air conditioner / heat has a new digital thermostat. Outdoor Power Retractable Awning is attached for your outdoor pleasure.
