Including a fully operational shower and bathroom. I offer use of my sway hitch. Please note that you'll need towing experience and a minimum of 5000 pounds towing capacity (the Airstream max weight with cargo is 4500 pounds), a 2" receiver, a 7-pin electrical connection, and a brake controller. If you or your vehicle doesn't meet these requirements, please ask for delivery. Our airstream is equipped with solar for keeping the batteries charged. Tigger comes with an automatic 12v water pump, a Dometic CFX3 95DZ two-compartment fridge/freezer that is both Bluetooth-compatible and battery safe. Tigger has 2 automatic, 12v fans in the ceiling for optimal air flow (which come with a remote for easy on and off capability). There are two side windows and a second row of seating for additional passengers such as children or friends-- both backseats have built-in 5-point harness systems for those with toddlers--which stores away nicely and can be used for comfortable adult seating as well. There are 2 upper cabinets that won't clutter your sense of space while inside, along with two, custom-made shelves in the back, above the bed for books, maps, or any decor of your choosing. There is a full-sized bed that breaks down into a U-shaped seating area with under-bed storage. There is also an additional storage area above the cab that was originally built for a young one that can be used to store any bedding or extras you may have. Tigger is fully insulated throughout, top to bottom--with 2-inch foam/wool on the ceiling and walls and 1/2 inch floor insulation. It comes with a full electrical setup that is built to power all your technical needs-- with 400 watts of solar that feed into a 12v system, with a 1250w inverter charger for your 120v power outlets-- one outlet in the kitchen and one in the bed/seating area. There is also a 12v USB charging outlet in the seating area for more efficient charging of devices. Finally, Tigger has an inverter charger that will hook up to shore power to charge your battery as a backup, when needed. Tigger has just over 50k miles on her. There's several campgrounds near! Dexter, White Star, Twin Peaks, Lakeview campgrounds Flat Tops Trail (Trappers Lake)- 6 hrs away This one is free camping just find an open spot and park! Trappers lake lodge open late May-Sept rents out boats and horses Buffalo Pass- 3.5 hrs away- check road closures This one big RV's can't get in but ours can! Its also close to our FAVORITE hot springs in steamboat (Strawberry hotsprings) kids allowed until sunset then its clothing optional Steamboat is a CUTE town with our favorite restaurant (Seeds)! Cottonwood Pass- 5hrs away free camping there as well! One campground near Buena vista others on the west side near Taylor Park Reservoir. Taylor Park Marina rents out boats and has a bait shop and deli short drive from Buena Vista and also has another hot springs Cottonwood hotsprings Echo Lake- In Evergreen, CO This one is really close by with beautiful views! On the way to Mount Evans. This one is also free Guenella Pass- This one is in Idaho Springs close about 20 min off I-70 This one is $23 a night June 3rd-Sept 10th **You can also camp at the bottom of Arapahoe Basin "The Beach" and be right there for your day adventures on the mountain! Summers at A-Basin include the Aerial Adventure Park there you can take a self guided tour among the treetops, swinging and climbing between wooden platforms in the forest and enjoying zip lines, ladders, and balancing. They provide all gear and training you need to fully explore! *Lil Kids Adventure Park also open same hours for ages 4-8ish full of fun obstacle courses on a smaller scale!
