My favorite feature is the two access doors to get into the trailer, one to the common area and the other to the bathroom, especially with families this is a wonderful feature. If you're interested in dry camping, this trailer has a large capacity 40 gallon fresh water tank, two grey water tanks totaling 50 gals, and a 36 gallon black water tank. Solar to keep the batteries full on the 12volts. Combined with a generator (available for rent from us, required to run the air conditioner and any other AC electric components) you can enjoy dry camping for quite some time. This trailer is loaded with features for you to pass the time. Flat screen TV’s installed with Netflix. You can watch ESPN, YouTube, etc as long as there is a WiFi hotspot. We offer one for rent. The back bedroom has a slide out with a queen bed and memory foam topper. Plenty of closet space and storage for your belongings. The bathroom is very spacious with a shower and more storage cabinets. The door opens to both the bedroom and hallway for both guests privacy. Our most favorite part of the RV is the hallway which has two tall windows to provide lots of sunlight. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. It has plenty of storage, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. We also fully stock the RV with pots, pans, plates, bowls, and utentils to make your packing easier. Our RV can sleep up to 6 .One queen bed in back bedroom, One queen sized bed with a privacy curtain above the cab, the dining table turns into a bed, as well as the couch, are great for the kids or one adult .2 queen beds perfect for kids or adults. The RV is also equipped with a 32” smart tv and dvd player that can be moved anywhere around the RV, an outside awning for shade during those hot, sunny hours and a propane firepit with 2 chairs and a side table for the cooler evenings and a gas bbq. Camping and exploring the outdoors is a passion of ours where some of our most favorite memories have been made. Therefore, we strive to provide the most to ensure you can make great memories as well. Unfortunately we are not allowing festival or desert camping at this time.
