We as a family of 5 understand the convenience of traveling while knowing your car is safely parked at home. This RV Features includes automatic leveling with side view and back up cameras that monitor. Push button awning, 2 wall slide out, exterior speakers, and enough room to comfortably sleep 6. Large modern kitchen with ample storage. Furrion - all in one cook-top and oven. RV has a comfortable queen sized bed in the master bedroom with an additional large bunk over cab. RECOMMENDATIONS If you're dry camping (campsites without electrical hookups), we highly recommend adding our generator to your booking so that you can use the AC outlets, microwave, and air conditioning. If those three aren't needed, the included batteries and solar panel should be fine to power the water pump, water heater, lights, furnace, etc. We do NOT recommend drinking from the taps in the trailer, even though a filter is included. Campsites may have unknown water quality so it's best to bring bottled water for drinking, and use the sink/shower for washing dishes, showering, etc. We also offer add-ons to your booking: - Propane fire ring with a full 20lb propane tank - No more smelling like a campfire your whole trip. - 2-person inflatable kayaks (we have two available) - Large outdoor mat - Great for dirt/unpaved sites. RULES - No deliveries to Mexico or to Ocotillo Wells or other desert locations. Sorry! - No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. - Dogs allowed but please no puppies! Dogs always triple the cleaning time for us so there is a $50 extra cleaning fee for dogs. - Trailer must be returned reasonably clean. Dished must be washed! If the trailer is left in very bad condition and we need to spend extra time cleaning it, we'll have to charge an extra $100 fee. In 2+ years of renting, we've never had to charge this fee to a renter :) - You're welcome to use the powered awning, but it is at your own risk. We'll show you how to extend/retract it, so it's your responsibility to make sure to put it away in heavy winds to avoid expensive damage. - $75 dump fee if your campsite doesn't have either sewer hookups or an onsite dump station for emptying the holding tanks. - $100 late fee will be assessed if renter is more than 30 minutes late to an agreed upon meeting time.

You can also plug in the TV outdoors to catch a game, or listen to your favorite tunes on the exterior speakers. Inside, watch your favorite streaming apps from the (nearly) king size bed, which the press of a button converts from the plush leather sofa in 5 seconds. Towels, linens, dishes and cookware included. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, oil/spices you'll need for a gourmet meal -- there's a 3-burner gas range, microwave, fridge/freezer, and ample counter space. We've tried to think of all the extras that might be helpful on the road, such as a flashlight, USB cords and scissors. A bike rack and lock are also included (a ladder allows easy access to the roof where you can tie down canoes or kayaks). There's a surprisingly roomy bathroom (for a camper) with toilet, sink and hot shower. But if you want an even more spacious bathing experience, spring up the shower tent and connect it to the outdoor hot water spigot -- also useful for rinsing off the dog, muddy boots, or sandy feet. Solar panels and an on-board generator allow you to utilize the RV's creature comforts -- air conditioner, hot water, refrigerator, TV, sound system, electrical outlets -- while fully off-grid. We provide an easy-to-understand tutorial at check-in to ensure a smooth experience with the various on-board systems once you depart. Delivery is available, but on-site parking at the pickup location -- in a safe municipal lot across from the ferry dock in historic downtown Tiburon -- is also an option ($20/night, but there are discounts for extended parking).
