For major event use there is an increased fee. This RV will sleep 6 people. There is a power awning to provide shade with LED lighting. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The queen bed is made with clean linens for you to enjoy, new matters installed 7/2022. Take a hot shower and dry off with the clean towels provided. The kitchen as a countertop stove, a microwave, sink and a RV size refrigerator to keep all your food cold. AC /heater to control the climate inside the RV while camping. There is a TV with a DVD player, “who has DVD’s anymore ?” Custom pull out grill, 2 zero gravity chairs, 2 folding chairs both with folding drink/phone holder, items to hook up at camp with hook ups, 4K generator for primitive camp sites.

This RV is perfect for your next family vacation. It is a perfect size and easy to drive. It has a great floor plan with large windows to see everything, a slide-out for extra room, and can sleep up to 8 people. There is plenty of storage inside and outside the RV. The room has a soft queen size bed with a flat-screen tv, and the overhead bed also has a flat-screen tv with a DVD player, perfect for kids to watch a movie or play and have their own space. The sofa and kitchen table folds down to make beds as well. We have the basic items to use in the RV for the kitchen and all beds. Stored in the room we have sheets, pillows, and blankets. This is a non-smoking RV rental with no exceptions. The RV needs to be returned with the same amount of gas as picked up with, and empty grey and black tanks. There will be a seperate cleaning fee at time of booking, and an add on fee if tanks are not empty. We do not accept bookings for Burning Man Festival.

Renting from us will make it easier to travel when you have food allergies, or if you have children or pets. It's also a great way to connect with nature and create long lasting memories. When you rent with us, you will automatically get our Home on the Go package with any booking. This package includes clean: bedding, plates, utensils, cutting board, knives, pans, leftover storage containers, travel mugs, towels, soap dispenser, RV specific toilet paper, trash can, and more. All you'll need to bring are your personal items, groceries, and yourself. If you're planning on staying at a full hook-up site, our RV already comes with a full fresh water tank, and all the necessary equipment to hook-up. When you drop off, we will dump and clean the tanks at no additional charge, wash the vehicle and bedding, and tidy up, so that you can simply enjoy your adventure. Additionally, our RV comes with a gas generator, a portable outside charcoal grill, propane gas line if you want to bring your own gas grill, plenty of storage space, a full gas tank upon pick up, and all the necessary equipment for full hook-up. If you're coming from out of town, we have recommendations for free parking as well. Interested in towing? The RV comes with a standard Class III 5,000 lb. tow hitch and a universal wireless brake/reverse light kit for any vehicle/load being towed. Due to our work schedules, our pick-up and drop-off times are the same on weekdays...from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. For weekends, depending on where you are driving from, and where you are traveling, we can always discuss adjusting our preferred pick-up and drop-off times. All we ask is that you treat the RV as if it were your own, fully fill up the gas tank upon return, and have a wonderful time. Going out of state? Ask us about our "Out-of-State" extra free daily miles special! Need to pick up one night early so that you can drive the RV home and start packing for the next day; and can't pay for another full day? If you're taking a trip longer than a week, ask us about our "One Day Early" pick-up discount! Exclusions apply.
