It has dual AC units, two electric fireplaces and a gas furnace. A large hidden pantry and storage area inside. The living area has two comfortable recliners and a large television annd fireplace . Outside you will find a small griddle and extra storage for all your vacation things. There are also lights underneath awning when it is let out. What all is included… This RV is ready for you! It has a king size bed and fireplace in the bedroom. We have a pull out bed that can also be brought out if needed for the 3rd person. We will also provide a playpen for infants if necessary. Fully equipped for you to start your vacation, it comes with an air fryer, a hand mixer, icemaker, Keurig and a toaster. We provide dishes, pots and pans, dish soap and seasoning. If it’s not in there and you need it, you just let us know.. The bathroom comes with towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, soap, hand soap and blow dryer.. It also comes with an extra set of sheets if needed during your stay. We also provide two chairs for under the awning when set up. We deliver our own Camper to campground of your choice. We provide beach 4 towels, we have Floaties/Lifejackets for infants and toddlers if requested and beach toys . We are also able to provide beach chairs, a small grill and a cooler upon request. If you are flying in from out of state, we can arrange for airport pick up for you as well! Other things to note… This is a delivery only trailer No smoking inside the camper! Pet Friendly! NO large breeds please! We ask that if you leave that you kennel your pups. We will provide one for small dogs and by request and small fee of $25 we will provide a fence around the camper for pets or small children. I am sure you will enjoy my motorhome not only will it sleep five people comfortably. We provide 2 lawn chairs, decorative lights, foot stools, rugs for the patio area. Once you start camping we provide all appropriate sewer hoses and clean water hose and filter. The side water hook up has an easy connect to make it easy for us ladies that need to provide our own camping atmosphere. Everything is easy to obtain and get to if you are a single person camping or a couple of gals taking a nice road trip. The camper only has less than 50,000 miles on it so I’ve checked it for safety repeatedly and I put a new battery in less than once a year just to make sure it’s always fully charged. We also provide adequate extension cord and hook ups with USB, trash bin, chocks for the tires, Bluetooth speaker for the TV to be hooked up outside, 28 inch TV with Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Apple TV, Paramount Plus, and a T-Mobile Wi-Fi router. Also electric convection/airfryer oven available upon request, no charge. Bedding is provided (1 set per bed), Himalayan towels (4) for quick drying, wash clothes, caddy to carry bath items to camp showers if needed (laundry detergent/bath soap/shampoo) kitchen accessories, plates, silver, cookware, blender, Kcup coffee maker, electric tea kettle.
