Very large trunk storage area. 8 seats belts, 2 Roku TVs. A Queen bed and a very large loft style queen bed that is bigger than a queen great for multiple children or or 2 adults with room to spare. Inside the RV gives you a Kitchen setup including convection oven microwave combo, dining area (converts to a bed), and a couch (converts to a bed). In the lounge binge watching your favorite shows on our Roku Smart TV with cable hook up. The AM/FM/CD touch screen, with Apple Carplay and Android Auto compatibility, radio also has 2 outdoor speakers for when you want to relax outdoors under the power awning/canopy. Your pets are also very welcome on board. A shower separate from the toilet with its own private door. There is also a door separating the kitchen lounge area from the rear queen bedroom and the restroom area. This RV is self sufficient equipped with a a roof top air conditioner and heater, hot and cold fresh water tank and a generator so you can travel off the grid. What’s included with your rental: -Starter kit: 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll, 2 trash bags, 1 hand soap -Cleaning supplies: sanitation wipes, dust buster, broom/pan -Outdoor rug - 6 camping chairs - Keurig - kitchen basics - cleaning/prep fee ($150) charged at time of booking: includes preparing the rental unit by sanitizing interior and cleaning exterior, full propane tank, starter kit of supplies. *it is the renters responsibility to make sure RV is returned reasonably clean. If an excessive amount of dirt, food, unkept appliances etc is found there will be an additional charge of $100. *Full fuel tank is provided at pick up, if not discussed prior to returning, and fuel is not returned full- a fee of 20% premium of current fuel rates will be added. * Dumping Fee-If not previously agreed upon, and the tanks are not emptied upon return, a fee of $150 will be added. Supplemental rental agreement (SRA) document must be signed after booking reservation confirmed. Please note the following rules: * No smoking * No pets * No festivals Tailgating is allowed upon approval. $250 fee taken from security deposit if any of these rules are violated.
