If an excessive amount of dirt, food, unkept appliances etc is found there will be an additional charge of $100. *Full fuel tank is provided at pick up, if not discussed prior to returning, and fuel is not returned full- a fee of 20% premium of current fuel rates will be added. * Dumping Fee-If not previously agreed upon, and the tanks are not emptied upon return, a fee of $150 will be added. This RV is incredibly versatile. It can easily be a used for a weekend getaway or extremely extended trips. If taking it on trips during winter, it is equipped with durable, sturdy canvas skirt that can be snapped into place and wraps around entire RV bottom. Tons of storage space inside and in "basement" area. Hannah is also equipped with separate storage garage or toyhauler space, track mounts have been installed for holding motorcycles.

There is plenty of room under the bed for storage .This van is fully equipped with anything you need for boondocking or staying at a site. It has all of the hookups for city electric and water. Perhaps even more fun, it also is fully boondocking ready with two EcoTrek lithium ion battery modules, solar panels. There is a 30 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon grey water tank, and 15 gallon black water cassette. This van contains a cassette toilet that needs to be emptied every 3-4 days (more or less depending on usage). At pickup, we will provide instructions for emptying the tank. If the van is returned with a full toilet tank, you will be charged a fee of $150. If you are going on a shorter trip, in the 2-4 day range, and would not like to empty the tank on the road we offer tank emptying services in the add-ons section for the same $150.***On pickup, the van will have a full tank of gas. On return, we ask that you please return the vehicle with a full tank. If the van is not returned with a full tank of gasoline, you will be charged a fee of $150.
