Brand New 2022 Pioneer SS171, sleeps 5‑6. It has a queen bed, pull out couch full bed with a single bunk above, the table turns into a full bed as well. It comes with microwave, two burner cooktop, refrigerator, AC/Heat, a toilet, a shower & sink, and a kitchen sink. Everything you need for your adventures! You only need to bring your food, and clothes along. We can provide the linens at extra charge for you to have less hassle and more time to enjoy your vacation. This trailer is only offered delivered directly to your prepaid campsite or your preferred place, and we will also pick it up. Delivery Fees vary depending on location. The pick up fee is included in the delivery fee, cost per mile. If you need it delivered further than 150 miles location, you may shoot me a message and we can discuss. We always set up the camper to any hook ups available so don't worry about getting your hands dirty! Afterwards, we pick up the trailer and dump the tanks for you. If you decide to park in a place with no dumping site, please add "off-site dumping fees" from the add-on section. We strive to maintain all of our RV's at an exceptional level of cleanliness, we do ask all our renters to leave the RV in the same condition as it was delivered, Cleaning materials are supplied for you, so that before you depart: all food remnants, trash, surfaces are to be wiped down including stovetop and oven, refrigerator and freezer, entire bathroom including outside and inside of toilet. We understand camping gets a bit dirty but if you can clean as your trip progresses it really helps keep our units so beautiful! Additional fees can apply if unit is not returned in this fashion at a rate of $80/hr for the cleaning time. Other things to note: - No smoking or vaping is permitted in or around this RV. The dining room table is spacious, room for four. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a large sink, three stove top burners, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The fully furnished bathroom has everything you need. There are many windows spread throughout to allow the cool evening breeze in. The RV also comes with blackout curtains for all windows to allow you to keep cool and private. C.L. is a like new 2019 Tiffin Class A with bunk beds. She has a large master suite with a king sized bed, full bath (with spacious shower), lots of room for clothing, and a TV with Blue-ray player. Amidships, she has bunkbeds and a half bath, along with a fireplace and TV. Her living space has a three-person leather sofa which opens into a bed, a dinette with seating for five (which can drop down into a bed), a residential fridge, gas cooktop, convection microwave, and plenty of storage. Accent lighting illuminates beautiful cabinetry and furniture in this positively luxurious coach! The driver seat turns into a comfortable swivel chair and the passenger seat turns into a recliner. One final bed folds down from the roof above the driver and passenger seats. Outside, C.L. has a TV and external shower. C.L. has instant hot water, a generator, electric 50/30 amp and sewage hook ups and she is gas powered. C.L. comes with everything you need for the perfect road trip - 5 camping chairs, outdoor games, board games, fresh linens, pillows, cookware, utensils, a fire pit and WIFI.
