2020 Heartland Pioneer BH270 ~Make yourself at home in our home away from home.- * Queen-sized bed, * 2 - double bunk beds * Fold out sofa * Dinette conversion that is a full size. The kitchen has three burners, oven and microwave with a refrigerator and freezer combo. Unit is throughly cleaned and sanitized after every use. All linens and towels are washed after each use. All dishes, utensils, and glasses are properly sanitized after each use. The bathroom has the toilet, shower tub combo and a vanity. Plenty of storage and there are two smart TVs, one located in the bedroom and one in the main area. There is an outdoor "shower" which just means there is cold and hot water located on the exterior of the RV that has a hose for washing off boots, gear, or kids.... It sleeps 6 in real beds. Has fold out couch - double and dinette- full to sleep more if needed. No smoking. We do allow dogs BUT they MUST be left in a crate if left alone. No grooming or bathing the dog/dogs in the RV. If there is damage or strong odor from pets or smoking, it will result in lose of security deposit. This RV is DELIVERY ONLY. Our rig is filled with high end components and feels like it's still on the showroom floor. Interior: Our vacation home is better than new and features a murphy queen size bed that stores away and turns into a couch for added extra room during the day and folds down when you're ready to cozy up at night. Jayco 242 BHS Very nice well kept 2019 Jayco 242 BHS Bunkhouse Travel Trailer. Camper was placed into service in June 2022. The camper is in immaculate condition on the inside as it was only used a handful of times by the previous owners. Comfortable King size bed upgrade! - see photos! Camper has a big U shaped dinette that slides out for a spacious living area, King size mattress in the bedroom with a small corner covered by a cabinet and two double bunks. Bathroom has a big shower with skylight and is very roomy for this size camper. Perfect for month long trips or a weekend getaway.
