The perfect home away from home with a full sized queen bed, double bunks in the back along with a couch that converts into a full length twin and a kitchen bench conversion. Large slide makes it extra spacious! Equipped with a full kitchen and microwave and two 12V batteries. Outdoor kitchen, BBQ and sink to keep the family and mess outside. Kitchen table can be relocated for convenience. You will need a campsite that is a minimum of 25ft WIDE X 30ft long as the slide is quite large. If you have no to little experience with a trailer we highly recommend a pull through campsite if possible. A minimum of a 1/2 ton truck is needed to pulled this trailer. We have a Anderson Hitch and sway bars included but if your truck is lifted you may lose the sway bars as they aren't typically long enough. Electric Jack and Awning. Indoor and outdoor shower with second door to bathroom to avoid excess traffic through trailer as well as access bathroom during travel. Chairs, dishes, cookware and toilet paper are provided. Bedding, towels and all other consumables (paper towel, condiments, soap) are the renters responsibility. For an extra $20 (charged by rvezy to cover the extra night of insurance) pick-up the evening prior may be available so you can pack up and be ready to roll first thing- based on availability and not garanteed. Pick up would not be before 7pm. Trailer pick up is at our home located in the SW quadrant of the city (woodbine) or occasionally at the storage facility Diamond Acres RV storage on 22x just west of the city on the way to Bragg creek. Delivery to anything within 100km of Calgary will be considered.

If you ask us, we define our trailer The Sweet Spot simply because it's the perfect combination of creature comforts for any trip like double bunks, with room to sleep 7 comfortably as well as a private bathroom with shower, plus modern amenities (AC, indoor & outdoor fridges, Solar Power, TV/DVD & Bluetooth Stereo + WiFi capable, and USB charging points), and lastly cozy and clean & sanitized professionally. The trailer is also equipped with factory upgraded insulation and insulated floor structure for those early or late season trips. Wrap it all up in a brand new light weight package that can be easily towed by most SUVS (ie Pathfinder, Explorer, etc)...and yeah...we think it's a pretty Sweet Spot to be for a few days, or a few weeks. 🏕 We aim to make your experience as "turn key" and easy for you as possible, and for you to maximize your time in the outdoors or with your family & friends. All you have to do is decide where and when. After a setup and walk through demonstration and safely attaching the unit to your vehicle, you will be all set to take off on your trip! You will enjoy this beautiful 2021 Sunset Trail bunkhouse trailer only used a few times so it comes with the new smell and tons of memories to make. There will be bedding at a low cost for the entire trip (for the master bed- which is King size, plus two of the four bunks- so if you need more please let us know) pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, tea kettle, utensils and mixing bowls, some spices, 4 camping chairs, trash and recycle pop up containers, roasting sticks, and large area mat to place in front of the entry steps. You really only need to bring your clothing, food, and well of course bevies! There are LED lights along the awning and storage areas which makes for a cozy atmosphere plus we have included the cutest, real life looking LED candles to go throughout the trailer which helps make the lighting cozy, and good for the children to feel more comfortable at night. We have included board games , but most importantly 2 rolls trailer toilet paper, and Kleenex. The large 10 cu/ft fridge is great for longer stays, along with two 30 lbs propane tanks, 2 deep cycle 6 volt batteries, plus generator if needed (its a very quiet one at a cost) and the outside kitchen is handy as well. There is an area for puppy dishes and lots of pantry room for pet and human food. The only requirement is you must send pictures of the puppy camping :) Although pets are allowed, NO smoking, of ANY kind (vapes, cigarettes, pot, NO street drugs of any kind) at all due to allergies, asthma and career of owners. Please have grey and black water tanks empty when returning unless you have selected the paid service for this. This trailer is very new and needs to be returned in the same condition it was sent out or additional fees will be applied. If you plan to use the outdoor kitchen, you are required to use the tinfoil provide or there is an extra fee of $100.00 to clean the BBQ. The shower is great and works fully, you just need to make sure you have the button fully on the flow position not halfway. There is additional fee for late returns so please keep agreed upon return time in mind. RVESY does apply a little cleaning fee. This is to make sure all is well for you when you pick up. Upon return of our trailer, it should take us at most to do a 10 minute sanitary wipe down. Anything else will be subject to the extra charge. There is a detailed manual plus cleaning sheet in the trailer, but please don't take this with you, or there will a charge to replace it .Please be respectful of our new unit and enjoy the camping life away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Sunset Trail Super Lite ST250RB travel trailer by Crossroads RV has a rear bath and a single slide. As you enter the travel trailer, to the right is a queen bed with wardrobes on either side of the bed. The main living area has a nice size entertainment centre. There is a slide with a dinette and sofa. The opposite side has a double kitchen sink, three burner range, microwave, refrigerator, and wardrobe/pantry. The rear bath offers a shower, linen cabinet, sink, and toilet. The outside kitchen is an added bonus. There is a refrigerator which is great for keeping drinks cold, as well as washing up at the sink.
